That lil red thumper is a 250/350/450 Mk III Desmo circa 1968-1970 with a few mods:

- seat off an SS
- bigger front Grimeca brake
- square larger pumper Dellorto with bellmouth
- tank should be darker red and chrome

Nice bike. Had to sell mine when the dotcom era crashed.
