OUCH! Looks like he had a bit of room to go vertical and hard on the brakes and just barely avoid impact.

Looks like the squid had a sweatshirt and jeans on. Nice job to take out a brother.

The rider in front had a nice reaction time pulling up his knee back against the bike, almost got it taken out.

Damn, that sucks. It's one thing to take yourself out, but to be a victim of someone else riding over their head? Hard way to wreck.

His speedo read 45, from what i could tell of the turn 45 looked to be a reasonable speed. Am i missing something?

Nope.. normal barf condescending tone towards anyone that's out riding. :|

Even though he was riding a pretty normal pace (that indicated speed was probably lower than he was going too, being on the outside of the tire and it being a moto speedometer).

I guess because he had those quick preload adjuster thingees he was a ricky racer?

And our insurance rates just went higher.

YEAAAHHH....NO.

This exactly why I don't consider any random 'ol dipshit I don't know my "brother" when it comes to riding.

Granted you gotta give respect to get some back, which is what that little wave is all about. "we're both on motorcycles", and that it.

Pretty nice bit of video for the insurance company. Sucks to be the rider on the " receiving" end of that.

I know your LEO and not insurance, but question you may know answer to. This doesn't show the speed limit signs, but lets assume its 40(pulling a number out of my ass). Since his speedo shows slowing from mid 50's to mid 40's(still speeding, just for theory sake) does that make it both parties fault in terms of insurance payout?

The guy who lost it and hit the other rider is 100% at fault....

Either: 21655 VC or 22107 VC or 22350 VC or 21703 VC for starters.
