You wouldn't think it is hard, but in some instances it has nothing to do with intent and specifically to do with interpretation. The interpretation of the TOS is not evenly applied depending upon your perspective.

For instance you tell me to STFU and I don't take it personally for I have ridden with you, had dinner with you, drank a beer with you and consider you a friend. So to me a STFU from you always comes with a :laughing. Now you tell Human Ills to STFU and he will take it as baiting and in the context of Mr. Ills you would be in violation of the TOS. So a third person sees STFU's and in one instance a suspension is enforced an in the other a suspension is not. Thus there is ambiguity involved and not every "cheeseburger" is the same. So how hard is it to follow the TOS? Depends...

It sucks that Bad Dad left, but what can you do it's his choice, no point in arguing over the decision he made. As for the rules, I don't know how they used to be, but I don't see a problem with them now, sure there's a few things that should be changed, but over all, people who can't follow the rules need to change as well. Why ruin it for everyone else?

+1 Marco and I had our tussles on BARF, but he was a very likable guy when we finally met in person! I'd have a beer with him anytime.
