Wasn't it one of these guys who stole a bike on Cannery Row Wednesday night then rode it back to the same spot Thursday night with a punched ignition. The fellows bike it was spotted it and the guy riding it was arrested.

he was still moving...and the guy behind him was still tumbling.
the bike ended up at the next street, it slid for a while after this was snapped.
