Samsung guilty of copying Apple

Surprised and heartened by the lack of iTard love here. Ruling sounds like BS, based on patents that shouldn't have been granted.

Can't get over the sentiment that Apple is the friendly, eco-driven company. Stupid hipsters.

So true. I am tired of hearing from my wife about how her iphone will not make or receive phone calls from our house. I normally have to send her a text if I am trying to reach her at home.

Conversely she never hears me saying anything bad about my Samsung, because surprise surprise it actually makes and receives telephone calls, among many other things the iphone does not do (4g, flash, replaceable battery, widgets, customization, etc etc.)

Yeah. In general, the iProduct owners I know have a bit of sheep mentality. They fall for the styling (can't blame Apple for eye-pleasing design I guess), for the "user-friendliness," and the fact that their friends have them as well.

HTC, Sumsung, et al all destroy iSheep products in terms of capability. What can you do...

So normally this leads to some (significantly less) money exchange and patent cross-licensing agreement. I'm curious to see what's going to happen here. (I'd be more curious is Jobs were still alive thought.)

Today Apple filed injunctions to ban a bunch of Samsung devices.Apple wants Samsung out of the smartphone and tablet market entirely.
 
Samsung really screwed themselves here. I can't help but think they knew exactly what they were doing and hoped to make over a bil in sales so when the ban hammer came down they would actually turn a profit.

All this misinformation and straight up tards in this thread make me laugh.

At least one of them is now the contract refurb $9.99 phone from T.
