speeding motorcycles, cop, gun, bang!

I think what a lot of people are waking up to is that we are becoming more and more like a police state in this country every day.

I am not anti-authority or against the cops, it is just an observation.

Witness things like this, the recent "drug bust" in Columbia with the dogs killed, the beating of a college kid in MD, the cop that pulled the gun on the 1000RR rider then searched his house, on and on and on.

Meanwhile the crooks at the top get away with looting the country and buying off the gov't to the highest levels.

This does not end well. :2cents

Just cause you say it, doesn't make it true. Also, you're cute when you're having a tantrum :D

"Want to tempt a TOS suspension go bye bye?? ...keep it up you're treading on thin ice here with the personally threats. No where did I say the cop wasn't guilty, or said the biker had full guilt. I simply put it in real world terms that both of these bikers just made a bad mistake that got one shot, even if the cop was in the wrong, they made the bad choice to make a FELONY pursuit out of a traffic violation. So you're wrong. It wasn't just speeding. The cop didn't know if these two were involved in a prior felony causing them to speed away, and we don't have both sides of the story. The hand movement the biker made could have been conceived as a motion to draw a gun, even if it was bad protocol it is enough reasoning and shown on tape to draw a decent arguement from the officers defense. You've shown a disposition here to reject, mock, and now call for violence against me, for harboring a different opinion. This is becoming a trend of yours in thread after thread VTRZA...maybe you need the vacation from BARF."

1+1= 2 = +2

I didn't put any pictures of you anywhere you silly goose. That was the other guy. Maybe if you stopped your lil tantrum and took a time out you might be able to see that.

This just in.... not every response in every thread you post in is to you.

ITT: authoritarians come unglued

"...You are nothing but a shit starter, you don't provide anything valid other then talking trash and starting shit with people who don't agree with you. You don't even debate anything most of the time, just sit and talk shit about people instead of providing any validation to what you are saying....."

The logic being used in this thread is laughable.

If you watch the full vid the cop was just following these 2 knuckleheads around. A few seconds after being lit up he stops. The investigation says six.

I guess anytime someone is pulled over on their motorcycle, if they are shot in the back, they are partially responsible according to the logic used by 2 people in this thread. That is taking their argument to it's logical conclusion.

I hate those 24 hour schools too, man! Having to drive 25 mph at 2 in the morning is a bitch.

Did I say the school was 24 hours? OMG YOU MEAN I DIDN'T? No shit.

WAIT.... KIDS LIVE IN NEIGHBORHOODS AROUND SCHOOLS????? WHOSE FUCKING IDEA WAS THAT? FUCKING STUPID PARENTS, LIVING CLOSE TO A SCHOOL. DON'T THEY KNOW THAT THOSE ARE PERFECT DRUNK DRIVING LOCATIONS!

Lets all just keep ignoring the issue of the rider being intoxicated and continue arguing things like its night so the schools closed..... so that makes drunk driving suddenly ok?

I blame the fucking stupid parents living near fucking schools. Also fucking posters on fucking forums. Not you JihadiKiller. You are fucking cool!

Ah yes, the 2 guys that disagree with me, make up their own facts, and scream expletives:rofl

This just in, you edited your post. Keith posted no where anywhere near that post, yet it was right after mine. Since you were having your tantrum one could only assume......

Yes, I provided nothing to back up what I was saying. :rolleyes

Just cause you want to scream and yell like a ten yr old doesn't make it true.

only 2 to 8 years, and a $15,000 fine...? max?

i'd do 2 to 8 years and pay $15,000 to put some people i know in a wheelchair the rest of their life. well ok, maybe i wouldnt, no one has pissed me off quite that much.... but damn, pretty light punishment i'd say. how about 12 years minimal and $500,000? sounds about on par

Well that that is just on criminal side, nothing stops the family for putting the cop in to poor house for the rest of his life through civil law suit.

Are you saying him being intoxicated makes it ok that he was shot?

I made my previous comment before watching the video which I just viewed.

I have *no* idea what that cop was thinking...

to stir things up further, i'd like to point out the fact that the rider's alcohol level wasn't mentioned until post #56, well into the tete a tete (a tete).
to act like it is the crux of the discussion is disingenuous at best.

it was 2am or thereabouts. I doubt kids are gonna be running around outside silly :3

It's plainly obvious from this post and your others that you either A) didn't read the article and watch the video or B) you need to review the materials again.

You are just an idiot. Plaining and simple. I have said that the rider wasn't responsible for getting shot, but that his actions CAN be argued to be portrayed in having responsibility for the outcome. Its something people do when they debate something. Look at both sides. That way they know exactly what to expect from the opposition and go into a debate better prepared. Had the rider not been intoxicated, not been speeding, and not given the officer of the law a reason for pursuit then the outcome may have been different. It takes two to tango. Neither person can be cleared of wrong doing.

THE RIDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING AN IDIOT AND DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.

obviously, the cop didn't know the rider was drunk (if he even was). therefore, his actions are unquestionably not justified.

are you looking at the same video we're looking at? if so, do you need glasses? i'm happy to chip in if that's the case.

Yes the driver is responsible for speeding. I don't think anyone has argued that he wasn't. Thank you captain obvious :laughing

Basically you are blaming the victim here. It's the old "if she hadn't been dressed like that she wouldn't have been raped" argument.

For someone that acts like they are well versed in debate, I don't think you should start making your point by saying "You are just an idiot. Plaining and simple."

PS what does plaining mean?

NO. I'm saying hes a fucking moron and is lucky that his outcome was only parallelization by an officer that made a bad call instead of taking the life of someone else, including his own. Maybe if that officer wouldn't have stopped him and shot him, they might have blown all those stops signs and broadsided a car and died? Nobody will ever know.

Thats because I didn't find it until that point. More details come out with an investigation still being open

Drunk driving doesn't give a fuck what time of day it is.

I am with you on this. I hate it when cops engage in parallelization. May be with the advent of auto-parallel parking cars, this kind of violence will stop.

Yeah no shit, what does that have to do with your statement about OMG SCHOOLZONE?

There were children, borne by fucking parents, living in that school zone. Think of the children!

I never said they were! I said the officer was wrong for fucks sake! I merely pointed out that there was enough evidence to argue otherwise from the POV of the officer! Its called getting a perspective.
