Damn I wish I can go to this event Yoshihiro Kishimoto posted this on his facebook there's gonna be a lot of electric bikes and demos. They even have the Storm Bee. They even have the L1E Light Bee (street legal) in Japan.

Yeah pretty bad it's stainless steel is what it said on it. But they made the front sprocket the same steel out of the rear and obviously you want a stronger steel for the front because it spins faster.

I don't know why you would sell something that modifies a part on your bike and not have instructions for it also.

Yeah they don't have that problem in Japan. Theft is not a common thing there if you can believe it. I'm sure something like this will get snatched right up if you parked it on the street in SF.
 
All I can say is Polaris did Brammo dirty =( Bought Brammo then kicked em to the curb. If they had continued to develop the Empulse it would still be competitive today.

It would be nice if they could make an electric sport quad!

Raced the Light Bee in the Hollister Hills Wild Wabbit Hare Scramble last week it was great. Finished 1 hour 5 mins with 40% still left in the battery, probably had enough for one more lap. If only I was a faster rider I could have done a 5th lap.

Hmm the Husky doesn't look very impressive, but then again that's a concept bike, all that in the article is speculation. It's cool it looks like it has modular batteries though.

Still got my eye on a Metacycle or Storm Bee

Whoa whoa whoa Kuberg Freerider. 80lbs 14kw! It's lighter and more powerful than the Sur Ron Light Bee. Kinda ugly though.

I wonder if that 80# is w/o battery? The 14kW Ranger is advertised at 80# also but it is w/o battery. Ranger with battery is 110# looking at the two I don't see another 30#.

Just heard from the shipper my Ranger is FINALLY arriving this week!
