I didn't want to just come out and say it, I admit. Michael Bennet and Aqib Talib too...Bennet is going to just kill a QB one of these days.

I've never thought of Bennett as a particularly dirty player? Will have to watch him more. He seems to beat people fair and square and his hits have always looked relatively clean to me. :dunno

He's been at it for a long time. I just remember seeing a highlight from their last game in which he body slammed a QB down so very hard. And he was pretty rough on Beathard, too previously. His hit brought on the infamous fan cheer for Garoppalo. There really is a difference between tackling somebody and trying to turn them into a human bacon press.

The Seahawks are a heavily penalized time constantly stretching the envelope of legal tackling. They are a good team but I have a hard time respecting them. Sneaky Pete.

Yeah, I have been happy with him so far. He’s winning me over with every snap and every time he stands tall and throws a strike in the face of pressure. Even if I still have my own selfish reservations he has been worth the trade. Can’t fault Shanny or Lynch for that move at all.
 
Guarantee there's zero players they could pick at 35 who would have the impact he has.
