Walking Dead Season 4 (spoilers)

I stand by my choice of scrounging a tracked military vehicle like an M88A2 and heading north. Hell, you could hook up a fuel trailer full of diesel if you needed to, but a single take gives a range of about 300 km @ a nice easy 30 mph :laughing. Load it up with as many guns and as much supplies as you want and it won't even notice the difference. Can carry 4 crew members comfortably, but easily has room for 8 more people on the back and 2 more inside if need be.

Seriously. M88A2 FTMFW for a zombie apocalypse vehicle.

From Wikipedia:

All you need to steal one is a set of bolt cutters...

I think I'll stick to wheeled vehicles and do the rest from offshore-at least if the Apocalypse hits within the next two years before the foundation relocates/sells her:

They are just awful at planning and scavenging. Who takes a Charger on a scavenging run? At the least they should be either looking at a crew cab pickup or SUV for maximum cargo or refugee carrying capacity.

And Rick's unilateral banishing of Carol was dumb. Those two were goners and a liability anyway.

I like how everyone is discussing the nuances of vehicle choice, yet no one was stopped to think where all these people are taking a shit since the sewer system is broke.

Wait, you mean porta potties don't empty themselves? the lawns sure manage to keep themselves mowed LOL

truth is, zombie attacks scared the sh*t outta them all months ago, so there's nothing left :)

They took the Charger, because they're not allowed to portray the Hyundai in a negative light:

They used the "need a fast car" excuse to not take their go-to Tucson.

Been watching the 1st season and a couple things I had forgotten about that now don't make sense.

Initially, zombie's knew how to use weapons, like the ones that used rocks to bust the windows of the department store in Atlanta.

Zombie's could also run and climb fences....

Think those are just skills they forgot about as time went on? Or did the writers? :laughing

preview puts him in front of what looks like a building in woodbury going up in smoke...

taking out a small heard of walkers=the new father/son activity:troy

i like how herschel refuses to let the children see him take out the freshly minted walkers from d-block and how he uses the little girls technique for baiting them into that small room:thumbup

darryl is gonna be pissed!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't even think about Darryl until he returned... Now that michone is back, we know who will be going out on searches looking for her, unless my previous theory is correct and ol' one eye has her as hostage and will use her as bait.

I like the look Rick gave his boy as he mowed down the hoard, that look of "that's my boy, using an auto and mowing down zombies" :laughing

So just like that? Zombie flu is cured with pet meds? Someone alert the CDC and have them place an order with 1800-petmeds!!!

I don't think Michone give 2 shits about Carol. It's gonna be a wait and see with Darrel, he's mellowed a lot. If anyone goes hunting her it'll be Tyrese.

It isn't zombie flu, it is just a flu. Seems like the cured it with antibiotics (which are the same for humans or animals according to Herschel)...

:laughing :thumbup

Maggie's reaction was kind of telling. She understood why Rick did it. I think Daryl is not going to be mad at Rick but mad at Carol. He wanted to find out who did it too. I think if he has a reaction it will be a bad self destructive one, like he just doesn't give a shit.

I think Carol will be back as some sort of savior when the group has no options left. She will need to perform some sort of act of great humanity but will be let back into the group with some tension between her and Tyrese. Maybe it will be a self sacrifice though as a final act of redemption.

The governor is going to be interesting. I am wondering if he is done with full on assaults and instead just wants to constantly fuck with the group. Constant little acts of sabotage.

I like Rick and Carl's bonding moment. I am guessing Carl is going to be sort of a full team member moving forward...with Rick still being protective but doing more to help out.

One doesn't just start bleeding from the eyeballs with the flu, had to be a zombie flu or some sort of anemia or hemophilia eventually going into hemorrhagic shock, sounds like the writers were playing the plague inc game :laughing

I always thought hemorrhagic fevers were viral and not treatable with antibiotics.

Antibiotics won't do shit for a flu, anyway.

Another good episode. A bit slower than the last, but I liked it. Too bad they lost the real doc. Carol could come back if she brings them the governors head. Shit, they let Merl back, and he did all his shit out of just plain sadism.

You guys make very good points. I'm excited to see the return of the Gov!! That should make for some fun.

I loved how the little girl had no fear of the walkers. Despite what we think of Carrol- You can thank her for giving that girl the proper mindset and training for how to deal with walkers. Previously, she would have viewed them as a pet dog.

I sure hope Glen makes a full recovery. I really love the changes in him. He has morphed into a real badass!!

I think she still does, she sure called out to it like it was a puppy :dunno
