1978/79 were THE best two years for music ever! I have a play list of music only from those 2 years... some truly amazing albums were released during that time.

+2 Yesterday was day two after TKR. All blocks have worn off, now feeling full pain from surgery. Oxycodone helps some but does not stop the pain. Should be much better next week. The ice machine and motorcycle youtube are my friends.

The ice machine is the best invention ever. Did they give you the pain ball?
 
I had the pain ball in 2021 for my right knee. This time the Dr said no pain ball because of problems, leaks and blockage. I MISS the pain ball
 
I'm thinking: I am sitting here accepting defeat. No more fight, no more wants needs or desires. Laest news needs to be verified uesday before I will feel the latest punch o the gut.
