What Are You Thinking Of Right Now?

I'm thinking that I've had my first bike (Suzuki DR650S) for about 32 days and I'm about ready for my second bike. Will it be the Indian Scout Bobber that I wanted as my first bike or will it be a street bike? Hmmm

So, if the Natester left Eureka at like 8:00 - 8:30 this morning and didn't go all "oooh, ah, touristy" and stop a lot, it'll probably about a 6+ hour shot to get up
to the Ashland area. Then how far to the TWT Ranch? Oh, and what's for dinner? :)

I’m thinking that it’s wonderful to have a friend like one of mine. He used to work with the Sonoma County sheriff’s office, doing helicopter and water rescues and body recovery. Now he’s a peer counselor with a group closely associated with first responders with PTSD. And he’s now considering working with Warrior Pathh, a group that works with veterans who have PTSD. People like him are a blessing in life. And he has PTSD.

sounds like a great and battle tested guy.
There are many verified treatments for individuals with PTSD..... I know, I've tried many of them and the one that stuck was EMDR.

I think I’ve heard of that.

My friend is also a Viet Nam vet.

I’m also thinking that I may suffer some from PTSD. My first wife completely destroyed my life many years ago and I can’t seem to stop thinking about it.

I am thinking he had to hit the choice twisties. The Rancho is 90 minutes from A-Town.

Dinner is a cottage pie made from scratch.

I am also thinking it will be nice to sit on the porch and watch Nate drink a beer. I may have just a tiny sip of tequila to celebrate his arrival.

Thinking: Sweet, you are a kind soul! Need to get up that way. Have some friends in Days Creek on the South Umpqua (East Of Canyonville). The Tiller Trail out of Canyonville down through Milo to Tiller, then on 62 down through Drew down to Medford or over 140 to Lake of the Woods to Klamath Lake is a nice stretch of road.

i’m thinking this is an excellent quote, “nothing like that austrian v-twin dick.”

the source shall remain nameless and shameless.

Lyrics

Home is where I want to be
Pick me up and turn me round
I feel numb, born with a weak heart
I guess I must be having fun
The less we say about it the better
Make it up as we go along
Feet on the ground, head in the sky
It's okay, I know nothing's wrong, nothing
Hi yo, I got plenty of time
Hi yo, you got light in your eyes
And you're standing here beside me
I love the passing of time
Never for money, always for love
Cover us and say goodnight
Say goodnight
Home is where I want to be
But I guess I'm already there
I come home, she lifted up her wings
I guess that this must be the place
I can't tell one from another
Did I find you, or you find me?
There was a time before we were born
If someone asks, this where I'll be, where I'll be
Hi yo, we drift in and out
Hi yo, sing into my mouth
Out of all those kinds of people
You got a face with a view
I'm just an animal looking for a home, and
Share the same space for a minute or two
And you love me 'til my heart stops
Love me 'til I'm dead
Eyes that light up, eyes look through you
Cover up the blank spots
Hit me on the head
And ah-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
Ah-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
Hey
Ah-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
Ah-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh

Laughing about this.
True story, yesterday happened to a friend…

Dead Man Walking.
A concerned resident called the police to check on me cuz they thought I was dead in my car on Fort Ord.
After a TV news interview I had spent over 2 hours in my car on texts, emails, etc regarding city issues.
Then after a brief stop at 7-11, i was followed home by police who gave me a 75-minute sobriety test in front of my house.
After scoring a 0.00 alcohol in the blood via breathylizer I was free to go as a dead man walking.
And it goes to show, almost no one is above the law, not even dead mayors.

Our wonderful blue Goldilocks orb spaceship Earth

A sleeping giant of a volcano is stirring in its underwater bed.

The volcano, tucked underneath a submerged peak called Axial Seamount, is the most active volcano in the Pacific Northwest. Seismic activity, including hundreds of small earthquakes a day, indicate an eruption may be forthcoming — perhaps by the end of 2025, according to a blog kept by Bill Chadwick, a volcanologist who’s been closely monitoring activity associated with Axial Seamount, for years.

I was thinking tomorrow is five five twentyfive but was told today is Star Wars Dy.
May the Fourth be with you

Back in the mid for a day, actually feels good.
