Well she doesn't live in Oakland that's for sure. There was a report that not even a single PD officer of Oakland lives within the confines of the city. So where would you guess.. Sam Leandro?? Pleasanton? 'Meda? :)
 
Sorry, but with the number of officers they have I call bullshit on not a single one living in Oakland proper. Maybe the majority don't but I'm sure at least one does.

He was also shooting from behind the cover. And some of the rounds ended up in the fence and beyond the fence.
