2025/2026 NFL Thread

Philly sports fans are generally pretty awful.

Oh, yes they did! Take your pick from below...

I think it's his training, it either breaks him down before the season starts or he's so strong and fit that he can take the wear and tear.

I've said this before, and I still stand by it.
The niners go as Trent Williams goes.

Since 2020:
  • with Williams: 61 wins, 32 losses, .656 win percentage
  • without Williams: 4 wins, 13 losses, .235 win percentage
They are 0-5 the last 5 games, including that offensive dumpster fire against seattle.
The offense always looks lost and helpless when he's not playing, or not at least 75% healthy.

As much as I want to root for a Bears return to greatness, I cannot support the current organization after the behavior of Ben Johnson after the Packers game.

His showing is one of a Team that deserves disgrace.

Aaron is looking a bit :afm199 He is tough though. Keeps getting up.

Houston’s D is dam tough.

Could it be the end for ole Aaron? His last pass in the NFL will be a pick six, where he gets munched out of bounds by the interceptor. Oof.

I enjoyed the outcome of last night's game.

The Houston defense is the real deal.

No doubt the are the real deal. YAK yardage was not available to Pittsburg and the rush had Rodgers showing some happy feet.

I doubt their offense will suck as bad (turn overs) against the Pats. That should be a good game.

Hope this is the end of Rodgers in the NFL.

Just for fun (Proud Pop), here's the Sonoma High version of that Jennings pass. They got the idea from the varsity kids! That's Bubba Jr. tossing the TD :D

It was great to see. He went 1 for 1 passing for the entire season, LOL!!

OK, back to big boy football...

I think Saturday Niner/Seahawk game is a coin flip. I don't see how there could be a definitive favorite. Seahawks favored by 7.5??? I don't understand that.

Playing is Seahawks stadium is a HUGE Pain-In-The-Ass with the crowd noise.
Not having Kittle is a big deal.
Is Pearsall going to play or is he still injured?

If I were calling it, especially since home team also didn't play last weekend and Niners have one less day to recover, I'd give a nod to Niners being the underdog.

Pearsall is going to be another game time decision.

We didn't have Kittle in either of the other 2 games against the Toots. Having Trent back is huge, and Kendricks made a huge difference at LB. He's not Fred, but he's also not a cashier or plumber trying to keep up.

Week 18 probably should have been a huge blowout but also damn near every bounce went Seattle's way.

Maybe Darnold will see ghosts again...

Mike Tomlin informed the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday that he will be stepping down as head coach, the team announced.

Hoping to see Pearsall in the line up.

Rumors still talking a Fred Warner return. I sure don't want to see him hurt again, but even suiting up could lift the teams spirits. Of course George K will have access to tequila to lift his skirt.
