Another year of overpaying Dak and no D to bail them out. going to be a great year for Cowboys fans. :ROFLMAO:
 
So friend text back well Jerry letting him go for first round picks to get Arch in the next draft. Told him he better hope he doesn't do an Eli and force his way to a better team. :LOL: If Arch was smart he would stay far away from the 'Boys.

Problem is, if GB is good this year, the picks won't be good enough to get him. I'm FAR from an expert on this stuff, but I just don't see how this trade is good in any way. Well, unless it's about saving money???

Arch is staying 4 years. Frankly it's smart, he's not good enough yet.
 
The Manning family wouldn't allow him to stay with the Raiders, they know that would be a very bad idea.
 
With Parsons...well....

In 4 playoff games he has just 18 tackles a single sack. for 2024...against SF, Seattle, Buffalo, Miami, Detroit, plus the playoff loss vs GB: just SINGLE 0.5 sack total over those 6 games, 1.7 tackles/game, and 1.5 QB hits/game....AKA: they took him out of those games. In contrast, versus the rest of the schedule he averaged over 1 sack/game and nearly 2.3 tackles/game.

Perhaps Dallas isn't good enough to use Parsons correctly, so we will see.
 
I'm alright with a sunset implosion of the Cowboys as Jones ages and loses ability to balance the broad factors of maintaining an NFL team. Not dissimilar to the Raiders under Al. Are there any Jamarcus comps in college at the moment?

:wtf Sunset Implosion? Dallas hasn't won shit in like 30 years. Like, 5 years after he bought the team, they were really good for about a decade, but that was when the NFC East was winning just about everything anyway. If Dallas didn't win the Ring, NY or DC did. He just bought a young, but traditionally very good football team and rode that out for a while.

Al Davis may have been on of the worst Owners in NFL History, but under his ownership the Raiders were a killer franchise for the first 20 years straight. That team has been a dumpster fire for like 40 fucking years, but they were such a monster in the 60's and 70's, 40 years of setting the standard for terrible later and they STILL have a mid range Team win ratio.

That scheisty used car salesman looking mofo doesn't deserve to be circled in the company of the Al Davis Legacy. Jerry Jones is neither as epic at being good as Davis was for a short span or as epic at being bad as Davis was for most of his career.

Jones is just a schiesty show of mediocrity with a brief moment in the Sun.
 
Both teams had one extraordinary coach each that made them relevant.

After that, they haven't amounted to much.
