p.s. Anybody know how to unscrew an AR flash hider? Is it a straight twist-off or is there some hidden pin I'm not seeing?

It should just come off with a wrench. Maybe rusted? Squirt some CorrosionX around the washer area and let it soak for a while and try?

I just ordered their new AR-stock adapter. Should have it today actually. I've already got the ACE stock that I want to put on. My AK will look almost exactly like the AK in that picture, except with out the full-RAS handguard.

Gonna work on the flash-hider this weekend. I just didn't want to force anything too hard. Thanks for the tips.

flash hider on my Armalite upper is pinned, IIRC they are tapered pins, so only go one direction

Those are some good deals. I love my Defender. A K-31 has been calling my name but I already have so many guns I don't shoot.

You know what sucks? I was trying to google Traders in San Leandro, but coming up blank. I couldn't remember the exact name of the store, so I tried The Traders, Traders Sports, Traders Sporting Goods, etc, all nothing. Google found tons of trading and sporting goods stores in the Bay Area, but not Traders.

Getting suspicious, I did a Yahoo search for Traders Sports, San Leandro, and the store was the first returned result.

yeah, I have a Winchester model '94. It was my dads, older than I am. Dont shoot it much
 
no, they are fun. dont shoot it much cause its a keepsake from my dad, first gun I ever shot etc. Ammo is kinda pricey and I have other things to shoot, many ways more fun to shoot.
