BARF Militia

Well, the mag is a USGI mag that was beaten, weathered, full of spiderwebs, and dirt, from the years of neglect sitting in a box.

The army man was put there because he's holding an M16 :teeth
 
I have a bunch of mags I want to refinish. I did my last couple batches with Permaslik to get that military gray look but I'm actually not too impressed with how they came out. I'm thinking about finding a gray or black duracoat, though I may just do Krylon. Hmmmm.
 
My AK-47 sexyness is here. My receiver is still at the dealer's, awaiting my pickup on Saturday.


It looks to be in decent shape. Stock is worn out due to obvious use. Nothing a little sanding and polyurethane won't fix.

The barrel isn't shot to shit, though I haven't had the chance to clean the barrel yet, but at least the rifling is strong enough to hold the bullet up.

No, those are only acetone cuts. So you can just put a few hinges on it and it will be fine; then he could take to school with him.:shhh
