If you're ever out camping, you can use the bayonet to roast all sorts of things over a fire. Hot dogs, marshmallows, you name it :p

Yep, had a great day out there. Didn't see Nemo. :dunno The SVT worked great except for the annoyance of those next to it. :teeth Food was awesome as always and it was great to see everyone. :thumbup

Glad a good day wuz had by all! I got stuck at work, and couldn't get there in time. :(
Nemo _was_ there- though it sounds as though half the rest of barf + calguns were, too- maybe that's how she escaped detection!

Have a question.
I want to buy a handgun online. I know they wont send it to my home address. What should I do?

You'd have to set it up with your local firearms dealer. Whoever you want to order online from will send it to them, and you would pay the DROS fee to the dealer.

I believe the dealer would also have to fax the online store some documentation proving they are authorized dealer.

good luck :)

Have a question.
I want to buy a handgun online. I know they wont send it to my home address. What should I do?

1) Find Local FFL dealer, tell him you want to buy a gun online, ask about their details
2) Buy gun online, tell FFL dealer which online store to send papers to. Tell online store which FFL dealer to expect papers from.
3) Store ships gun. FFL receives gun. FFL calls you to do your paperwork. You wait 10 days.
4) Congratulations, you now own a pistol.

Alternatively,
Buy a gun at Budsgunshop.com (best deals on new guns), tell them to send it to High Bridge Arms, Inc in the Mission ( http://www.highbridgearms.com/english.htm ) since they have them on file already. You'll have your gun home within two weeks.

But first, I'd check to make sure you're getting a good deal on the transfer price. My FFL in Milpitas charges $65 for background check paperwork, tax, and transfer fee...so he's not making any money. If High Bridge is one of those places where they want $150 to transfer a firearm, fuck them. Let me know if you have further questions.

P.S. What are you trying to buy? How much are you looking to spend?

<edit> You can't just buy any gun from out-of-state. It has to be on the California approved list in order to be imported into CA.

They let you take pics at Chabot? :wow Last time I got some talk about not taking pictures of people and their guns. There are some paranoid-ass gun owners out there...:rolleyes
