Is it starting next year, in 2010, that all new guns being submitted have to have the microstamping crap built-in? Or was that requirement dependent on the technology actually existing?

The law will not go into effect until there are some patent issues that are sorted out first. This post best describes what is at issue.

I bet she's glad the standoff didn't turn into a shootout. The bolt probably just pushed the rounds into the mag and went into battery with an empty chamber.

No scope for this one. I have never really liked scopes, and the sights on the M1A are really nice so I don't think there is a need.

I brake clays at 300 with my 91/30 so with the M1A and zombies I should be good to at least 600 or 700 yards
