I'd be pretty pissed off myself. I'm going to have to agree with everyone else here about getting your money back once you have your gun in hand. Bring copies of the receipts with you in the store, once you have gun, bring out receipt along with relevant PC code mentioned earlier in this thread, highlighting the important parts. If that doesn't work, call the DOJ...maybe call them even if it does work simply because that's just pure BS.

So I called ahead to Kerleys in Cupertino and asked them what the total cost would be to do the transfer, $35, great. I go there today during my lunch, rushing to get things done, the paperwork went fine, then the transfer fee(s) came up. $70 total , I told him i called last weekend and he said the total was $35, what kind of bait and switch is that!!

Typical factory ammo. Never had any probs with it before. Just that now i have realized how much more accurate lead SWCs are along with LRNB. And cheaper.
