Oh crap. Forgot to go on Forza. I'll get to it tomorrow.
 
Can't believe it, finally got the Warthog in a care package, but it was in a strange game where each team only had 3 players so the damage was limited.

Makes me wonder if they tweaked the game, been playing BO2 since day of release and never got Swarm or Warthog in a care package...then suddenly get them both within a few days of each other. Still waiting on a K9 care package....

Are you running Engineer? You'll get a better chance at the higher scorestreaks appearing in packages if you change them.
 
I've gotten the swarms a couple times. Works soooo much better on a map like Slums where there aren't many rooms to hide in. On Hijacked, they all just hide downstairs until the swarm goes away.

Lulz at when they try to call in stuff like care packages or UAVs when the swarm is out. Seems like everyone forgets that hunter killers will take out sir support too.
 
Not in the way you're thinking. Weapon "xp" was what MW3 used. All gun unlocks are kill based.

However the XP you get when you unlock something, that may be double. Like unlocking Siberia camo on a gun takes 50 kills but you get 1000 XP for that as well.

Noted! Been using it today, nothing really awesome after change other than the choppah, but that's sure better than a counter uav.

Had a three-game run today where KDR was 23, 8, and 7. Dayum. That's a 12.6 kdr over a multi-game span. :laughing
 
Tempted to prestige again. Have zero unlock tokens and I want to try out the LSAT and HAMR in my cheap spot in Slums.
 
Ahhhhh Rob you are one of those? :wow I just finished 45 minutes of 2x XP and wow I leveled in three matches. That is pretty good for me as I am not a KDR machine like Zerox. :teeth

Demos are up for Dead Space 3 and Metal Gear Rising. Downloaded them last night and I'm waiting to go play them.
 
planetside 2 is real sweet. I have barely played it though... Really have to play with a group of people who are coordinated

Yeah it's pretty cheap. And I usually finish a domination match with something like 30-7 and hardly any objectives played. But it does seriously help my team win.

Just about every COD map has three paths to traverse one end to the other. On Slums, you have two paths that go through the fountain area. And then you have the blue building/bar.

With my Mk48, I pretty much can singlehandedly take away one of those paths with what I do. Leaves my team free to drop tac inserts there and they can hold down the other two paths. Once we have the B flag, the other team is spawn trapped. And with only two paths to try and get out, they're pretty screwed. Domination is all about getting a spawn trap going and keeping it. As long as your team doesn't go too far into their spawn to flip it, it's EZ mode winning.
