First of all, he could show proof that he has enrolled in a track day. It was also suggested that he volunteer at 1Rider.

+1

On my list:

1.) amm answer post #418

2.) Be part of 1rider

3.) Sign-up to take the MSF

4.) Divz man up and talk to Kurt in person

3 out of 4 and he would be cool in my book.

P.S.
Outside chance here... lets go old school Japanese and do what the samurai did when they bring shame upon him self (and his family).

imagine spending your free time whoring yourself for undoubtedly one of the top-10 vehicular menaces in the bay area. :laughing

one might even call it... too-gay.

Lets dress him up like a barbie doll with roller blades and have him serve us all starbucks. That will get my approval. I kid I kid:rofl

Ok this thread is keeping me up all night now, night night everyone.

is that really all you could say? so if one of your friends was getting flamed you wouldn't say ANYTHING? like i will say over and over again it was reckless what he did thank god he didn't kill anyone.. its never "cool" to cross a double lane but thats him i guess.. not defending what he did just defending a friend

As others have said- you should not be defending your friend, you should be sitting him down, and having a very one-way conversation with him on how he needs to rethink his hobby, because (as I said on the 350Z Forum) IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE HE KILLS SOMEONE. If you are REALLY his friend, then you wouldn't be on this forum fighting with us, you'd be smacking your buddy upside his head, and doing everything you can to salvage a future for him!!!

birds of a feather flock together.

by the way, it'll take 3 or 4 months for your PRZNBTCH plates to arrive

Like that one, huh?? :teeth

As I mentioned earlier, I'll be up Mines Road at the Junction with 1Rider on Sunday at 11am. I welcome him and his friends to come up and chat, and maybe learn a bit, and get a different perspective. I only ask that they keep it chill on Mines!!!

Dayum 17k+ views in this forum alone < a week?!
Knuckleheads' damage control idea ended up as collateral damage.

2009 Nissan 350Z, including "performance" accessories to give you an extra 5hp -- so useful when you spend most of your time stuck in traffic on 880 -- and $2000 worth of dumb-ass blingy shit to transform your car into the perfect penis substitute: $50,000

Trackday, including gas and incremental wear and tear: $500

Seriously, WTF is wrong with you people??

I like to think it's more understandable when I explain to people I can't afford track days. My car cost $800, and my bike $400. :teeth

(and no, I don't cross DY's. Or drive like the road is a track. Just saying, divz, that the 'track days are expensive' argument might hold more water if you didn't own a brand-spanking-new sports car)

Wasn't there a post somewhere in this Tolstoy Weekly of a thread about him having two cars?

You're right, I totally forgot! He supposedly drives a 240sx as well. :rolleyes Make that one brand spanking new sports car, and a still relatively new sports car of the sort people love to mod to the *fullest* extent (although, when I say 'modded', I don't mean improved- I mean, money is dumped into them and they might look a little different from factory...)

I'm up way to late reading this.

I'll consider this thread my welcome back to BARF. I've almost missed you guys.

I propose a contract between him and BARF. Seems like a few of us like to go fast. Something along the lines of rewarding good and punishing bad behaviors:

If he doesn't get any citations within 6 months nor does he get seen engaging in dangerous driving by an upstanding member on BARF we'll pay for 1 Track Day for him.

However if he doesn't hold up his end of the bargain he pays for 1 Track Day for one of us.

I'll put in a $20 on behalf of BARF.

I think I've seen this car before.

I wonder if he'll change his plates. I'll keep an eye out.
