It's not that hard. You just suck those incredibly large testicles up into your intestines for a brief second, pull to the right and slow down. The bike will pass and wave and your testes will return to their respective position. They may even grow as a result.

congratulations.. you guys turned something that i loved into something that i now fear. i started off driving redwood one day in my little toyota truck just to see where it ended and i fell in love with the road. went and bought a car and kept driving redwood. i made some mistakes here and there and learned from them and now i stay in my own lane. ill admit im going a little fast most of the time.. but at least im staying in my lane. and now.. im f*ing scared to even drive up there because imma have a bunch of older cats on bikes starting sh*t with me. and dont tell me you guys wont start sh*t because youve been proving yourselves to all be assh0les in this thread.

YOU GUYS FLY THROUGH DEAD STOP TRAFFIC AT HIGH SPEEDS! do you realize how dangerous that is? i almost hit a biker in traffic because he was flying by me so fast that i couldnt even tell he was that close to me. ive been through redwood/pinehurst numerous times in which there was a bike behind me ON MY ASS! and you know what? to me it was all fun and games. i mean sure ill try my luck and try to outrun a bike. sometimes it happens but i mean cmon.. if you guys do that type of sh*t to a driver who isnt too experienced youre gonna drive him off a cliff. no one wants some bike on their ass hell of loud pressuring them.

one of my best friends rides a bike. he also touges a car. and you know what? he respects both. and he has told me how some of you guys ride throughout the bay area and youre no better than divine. i was pulled over on pinehurst the other week and a see a biker from far away. i throw up my peace sign and what does he do? HE FLIES BY ME A FULL THROTTLE INCHES FROM ME. i seriously almost felt his clothes as he flew by.

so congrats.. you will never see me in my car on redwood again.

First of all, if you don't have the license plate "DivineZ" (or, alternatively, "PRZNBCH"), I don't think you need to worry about any of us starting anything with you, as you state that you don't cross the DY. You don't have anything to be concerned about... if you're rolling at a "brisk" pace (and I can't fault that, because, as my driving record shows, I've been known to do the same thing on 2 wheels... ), keeping in your lane, and allowing clearance for bicyclists, then there's no issue. If you have a bike on your ass, I suggest you consider pulling over, instead of trying to "race" us... it's just a courtesy. When I'm moving slower than traffic (not that it happens that often, but there have been a couple of instances), I always pull over for faster traffic, as should you.
As far as asshats on bikes, yes, they exhist, and when I come across them, I try to talk to them about surviving their rides. It sucks, but idiots go out and buy bikes, too.
So take a chill pill, relax, and ride your ride. It's all good.
ps: if a rider is in a corner, and needs both hands on the clip-ons, he may not be ABLE to throw the wave back...

I think that we all want a productive reaction to this thread (and the one on the 350Z site). Yes there are some idiot drivers out there, and yes there are some idiot riders. Grouping all riders or all drivers together is just stupid.

We have a chance to help reach out to car drivers and get some positive reactions. Posts that degrade to childish bickering are counterproductive to our desired result.

Let's all agree here that we are first of all individuals, yourself included. Second, we all have a lot to learn about staying alive and not creating havoc on the roads.

It is not an easy task if we have 200-450 HP vehicles. Some of us take things over the limit because we haven't yet learned all the ropes.

Your advantage appears to be youthful enthusiasm. It is also hinders your ability to match experience with safety. Young folks such as yourself also tend to have a tendency towards feeling invincible, and... have a propensity towards listening only when yelled at.

The folks here do not want you, or your crew to be the next wave of victims of extreme moto sports that tragically learns the hard way. We do not really want to see you drive over a cliff (unless of course it is to avoid hitting us - ).

If your forum does not preach safety, then stay here and learn from those who have been doing it for longer than you have been on this planet. They essentially have proven that their techniques are sound-or they wouldn't be here to write them.

BTW, lane sharing is actually considered to be safer for a moto than sitting still in traffic. Read and you will learn...

Oh and yes lest I forget... Take it to the track!!!

I just heard about this from another forum and that whole stuff about crossing the lines is retarded. I don't think that is a good idea to even do that in the day with all the public around in which more then just one person will get hurt from this. I just lost a friend for doing this in a track subaru rs and the car ended hitting another car which was a dually pickup, The accident was so bad that the rs was torn into 2 pieces and my friend died at the scene. All that stuff should be done at a track where no one will get hurt and you can go as fast as you want. Hearing this happening in a area that has tracks everywhere you can go to it shouldn't be hard to run your car there. The area I live in there is only 1 track that is close and thats 45 minutes away all the other tracks are 5 hours away. So I don't see why you have to do this in traffic and may even cause someone to die just by hitting something. Just remember my friends car had a cage and was already set up to be a track monster, all it took was a run on a back road and a dually to just rip the car into 2. So just think about your reactions when you do this. So what if no one got hurt now but something will happen down the road and all it takes is one time to mess up someones life. This is all I'm going to say about this.
