Rolls with it...
I wonder how long before someone throws 17” wheels on it.

11/08/18 Thursday from 6-9pm at Hapa's Brewing Company 460 Lincoln ave. #90. San Jose, and is the site of Spirit Motorcycle's,launch of the Indian Ftr1200. Free beer while supplies last, 5 ftr 1200 bikes, all three models on the floor.....did I say free beer?![]()
How else would you do it if you want a large number of people to be able to look at and touch the bike?I'm assuming this is a "no ride, just look" event? But then why have 5 of them vs. just 1? I've heard they aren't available until April/May? I guess this is cool ... but what a tease!! "Here is a really cool new bike. But you can't ride it. And you can't buy one for another 6-7 months. Have a beer."![]()
Akros clean up the look a bit....

I can remember one of those events at A&S Ducati in Roseville when the new Monster 1200 S came out. We all got to touch it and sit on it, but it wouldn't have worked if someone was off riding it while the rest of us waited for it to come back.
side track:
I would like to see a factory Kawi flat tracker using their ninja 650 platform.
If Yamaha or Kawa sold production versions of their AFT Twins bikes I would seriously consider one...
The accessory page is up on the Indian website. A lot of stuff for a new not yet available Motorcycle. High pipes, soft bags and a lot more.

If BMW sold a replica version of the Ron Woods bike I would buy one.

My god that stuff is expensive. 7k More on top of a 18k bike?
[edited]By having 5 I thought, cool there will be demo rides! But guess that isn't the case.
Then it seems odd to have 5 in one place just to look at ... why not send those 5 to 5 different dealers and have it on display for say a week at each dealer? Vs. 5 in one spot for 2-3 hours....
