*Liam's Wild Ride*

Liam how fantastic to see your radient smile lighting up the paddock. Do't forget my two cardinal rules. 1 write down all that you can't tell us about now and keep it for your pension(its not hurt Bill Wyman) and 2 never let the Tall guy stand in front of you whilst the tv's on you.

If anyone is going to a race why not put your logo on the screen of the bike etc so we all can see the shared intrest mabee you have plans to make it a sticker already if so put me down for a few but make the white bits reflective an try to insure that the adhesive is ok for Lids'

Keep up the good work Geezer.

Hey Liam,

I´m over in spain at the minute, In Denia, which is just south of Valencia.

Unfortunately, i have to go home on Tuesday, but I´m hoping to be back for the valencian GP in October.

We went to a trackday at Valencia today, and it made me laugh how bikes and racing and trackdays are just the same the world over. i´ll post some pics when i get home to the UK, as I forgot my digicam, so the pics are on good ol fashiond film (remember that stuff?)

I tried to convince a particularly rapid Spaniard on a lovely 06 R6 to let me have a go, but he just laughed at me. :)

Will you be about for a bit of a parteeee in October dude?

Later yo,

Tim.

Hello,
Sara here. WOW! just doesn´t describe what a wonderful experience MotoGP in Spain is like.

First and foremost, I have to thank Liam - Pramac D´Antin - for the wonderful welcome. Thanks to Liam, we where able to experience a bit of the ¨garage-operations¨by his team.

Liam also introduced me and my parents to Michael from Kawasaki - Da Main Man. He´s the one who approved my hire as a Brolly Girl for Nakano. The team is phenomenal, very gracious and welcoming. The team hospitality ladies treated me very well and we soon all became great friends.

Since my commitment to Kawasaki was for this past Sunday, I had free reign to reconnect with several friends and acquaintances I had made from past races going back a few years. A wonderful experience I will relive always. GP is more than what you experience in any AMA venue. I took advantage of my freedom and checked every nook and cranny I could find. Fantastic!

I also want to give a big Hello! to Pete and his brother Eric from this forum. It was a pleasure meeting you and I was glad the pit passes Liam arranged for us where shared with you.

In addition, I attended a dinner with the spanish forum
epifume.com in which my family and I where treated very warmly. Though you may not understand the language, scroll down the page to view images taken at the dinner.

AND I have been honored by a Spanish Futbol site as being named "Pepita Kawasaki".
Now that was a great surprise!!!!

As I´m still here in Barcelona my experience continues.

I can´t say enough about Liam, he has been very gracious, generous and considerate. If any one goes to any GP event around the world, you must meet Liam Shubert. He knows GP!!

But now, I´m off for a long nap. You don´t just party in Barcelona you PARTY ALL NIGHT AND MORNING LONG!

My love to you Liam, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Good for you Sara :banana

Sup Liam dude?

Man if you can get the brolly gig for Valentino at Donnington i'll wear a grass skirt and coconut bra to be his Brolly Dolly.

I'm sure he'll not mind me being a fat forty year old bloke.

Total Devastation

Hello Everyone,

My wallet was pickpocketed on Sunday night after the Catalunya GP and I have been feverishly dealing with everything since then. All my money (rent for July) and my credit cards are gone, as are my identification and MotoGP pass. I have been in shock that something like this could happen to me at this point in my life, when things are really getting going. It's a disaster. A few hours went by before I noticed my wallet was missing and in that time all the credit cards were used in Sitges, about 40KM from the city. I spent all of Monday speaking with the card companies to cancel everything and it has been excruciating. I also couldn't make the flight to Holland with the rest of the team on Monday, so I am a day behind in helping get set up for Saturday's race. I only have a moment to write this before I'm off to the airport but I wanted to drop a line and let everyone know what's going on. Thank God I still have my passport. I don't have a way to access any money, so I'm extremely stressed about everything and because of the work schedule (and the fact that I'm in a country that I don't speak the language well) I just don't have the time to handle it. I just can't believe it. When the dust has settled a little bit, and I have more time, I'll be back around.

Hey Joey sorry mate but could you translate "Dope ass people" and Mad Props"? I only did english at school and i'm not too good at that.

And Sara it was nice to see a fine up standing young lady getting a look in at last:angel

Liam chain on wallet time when youve got hooked up with your dosh there are companys in the UK that look after all your cards for one phone call being your fluid situation its probably worth making that commitment. Obviously that and cutting the theiving gits hands off.

Good luck.
