Be the first on your block to have your very own MotoLiam Tshirt! Just kidding, I'm posting because it's Wednesday around 6 PM. . . . and I'm not at the track. All our flight containers are late from Germany and every team is waiting. I expect to work through the night, starting at 6:30, straight through Thursday. . . . . Que Vida!

*EDIT* Just found out it's only Factory Kawasaki, Factory Ducati, and Pramac D'Antin Ducati that are missing containers. Apparently there was a problem with the plane in Europe that caused the delay. Crap!

Met Liam in the paddock...

I just met Liam for the first time in the MotoGp paddock. I was in the paddock after they closed it. I had no business being there but I was keeping it cool, not bothering anyone. I noticed Liam in the D'Antin garage and I pointed him out to my brother. Liam noticed us and came right up and started chatting with me.

I explained to him that I had been following his adventure online and congratulated him on his sucess. He talked about his desire to really show his team a good time tonight as they had been working hard the last few days. We started walking out of the paddock together and he began pointing out GP riders in the paddock. When Valentino moseyed by Liam gave me his Sharpie and sent me over to get an autograph. I now have an autographed ticket and a picture with Rossi!

Liam, thanks a lot and I owe you big. You went out of your way for someone you have never met before, which is IMHO one of the coolest things a person can do. I hope I get a chance to buy you a drink tonight at the party.
