NFL 2018/2019 Thread

Bears lost that game. Dont know why they threw it on 3rd and 1. Run it twice and run the clock out

Seen another way, they got their Mack and they still lost. I dunno, it gives perspective about defensive superstars in light of all the regrets in Raider-land. it sure was an interesting game tho. I was expecting the yellow laundry to be thrown a lot at Mack but he played well, from what I saw. (didn't watch game start to finish).

All the teams have that early season rust, but the highlght shows were pretty fun to watch. Interesting games across the nation...Okay, I guess I'll watch NFL this year.

Now that we have Jimmy G, we'll never lose another g....oh never mind.:laughing Despite the picks and all, it could have been much worse.

it was probably their toughest game of the season.

I'm chalking the pics up to him forcing the ball when he shouldn't have to. And some of that is coming from the fact that his receivers are dropping sure passes. The number of dropped balls, balls that were delivered near perfectly, was infuriating as a fan I can only imagine how that impacts a QB.

Where was Mack in the last half when the Bears needed him?

The Raiders got two ones for a guy who couldn’t control the game sitting on a big lead....The milk carton defense. Mack was missing.:thumbdown

Gurley can pound the rock, damn could he be the best back in the league right meow?

Greenbay coachine really changed the pace/tempo of the 2nd half. The D schemes were read and adjustments were made.

You have got to be kidding though, some D ends or linebackers have played their entire careers to make up that highlight reel that he did in 2 quarters of football. :teeth

Overrated. :wow

LOL the narrative :rofl

The real story is, Chicago still lost with Mack having the game of his life. A team full of Mack's couldn't have saved the raiders from that second half performance of Carr. Maybe the Raiders should have kept Mack and traded off Carr...
Raiders won't be 500 this year, yet AGAIN. Mack being there wouldn't make a difference because any team with a decent pass game just double covers Mack and can still complete every pass because the rest of the Raider pass defense is terrible.

:loco:laughing

He had a sophomore slump, but then killed it for my Fantasy Team last year. I think Saquon wants to have something to say about Gurley being the best, but Gurley actually has blocking, so it is hard to make an apples comparison.

Yea I'd say :laughing

But seriously, the Browns are looking pretty good.

But they still can't win. They did the same thing last year. So close in so many games, but they don't have that killshot in them. I'm rooting for them to turn the corner, poor bastards, but they still seem to be missing a piece.

They have a lot more of "it" than they had last year. Today's loss was 100% on the kicker. Missed two pretty reasonable/average field goals, and two extra points... You just can't give shit away like that.

I cheered on the 0-16 season last year, and honestly don't give a shit about football in general... but credit should be given where due. Browns organization has turned around huge compared to prior years. They'll win a handful this year.

Ugh...

Happy to see the adjustments and the better effort. Definitely a “coulda been” game.

fuck, I could see that loss coming a mile away, and they couldn't do anything to stop it.

If only we had a multi-pro bowl defensive end that could close out a game...:mad

nice job by the 9ers to get lucky there at the end. The Raiders could have used a bit of that fairy magic.
