But this one! :thumbup

The Lions helmet looks good...

The Texans helmet is creative, white done right, and they've got nothing to lose with a change.

Again, these helmets are pretty much fan fiction, and they seem to pop up every few years.

So seems like vaccination rates might be as important as lack of injuries to star players for the NFL this season.

Get an outbreak and forfeit a game and pay evidently.

But wait, there's more. If the game is forfeit due to a COIVD outbreak from an unvacced player, NO Players from either side gets paid their game check.

Me thinks anybody who shops up to the pre-season unvaccinated is going to get a fucking blanket party at their locker, full smack in the rack style.

Seems reasonable to me at this point.

Holy smokes.

Players with three years in the NFL receive a minimum of $37,500 per game, totaling $600,000 per year.

Those with four to six years in the league earn a minimum of $42,812.50 per game, or $685,000 per year.

So basically they lose a decent car if they get docked a day's pay.

Or a year's rent on a decent apartment.

Or X number of hookers and blow. :laughing

No, Bro, that is the NFLPU MINIMUM PAY for asshoels who just showed up. Veteran Starters are looking at 6 figures.

Joey Bosa, a particularly nasty customer who plays Defense for the Chargers would be out like $1.5 million from a single game check.

But yes, of course the stars have more to lose but even Johnny Bench Sitter has decent skin in the game.

"Son, weren't you going to buy me a car?"

"Yes Dad but.............................."

Even DeAndre Hopkins?

I kinda like the new 9er graphic helmet.

And I am fully on board with adding "gold" fabric as highlights. Having an all-shiny gold uni tho? That's taking it a step to far imo.

Are the salaries listed as "only paid for games?"
Someone made that point, what about all the other days of practice/training/film room. Are they paid for those days of work?

So, the ones in my experience you are going to want to look out for are Linebackers and Tight Ends and some of the Safeties. In my experience, those are the guys usually who are some of the better fighters on the team and unfortunately some of the most willing to get into a fight.

Now take those guys, especially the real hood ass guys, and tell them that they lost their check because, "you have beliefs."

Some dudes are going to get thrown through the windshield of their Mercedes in the parking lot. Won't be playing for anybody except the Non-Football Injured Reserve List.

I think players had a lot of unity on this matter of personal choice previously, but they minute they fucked with people's money, they are going to self regulate that shit right out.

All the NFL really needs to do now that checks are on the line is leave a package full of loaded vaccine syringes in the locker room. For a couple hundred thousand dollars, I bet Ndamukong Suh is willing to do a lot worse to a teammate than hold him down and inject him with something... :laughing

Pretty much you only get paid if you play. Going to practice, film, etc etc etc is usually a requirement the team has in order for you to be allowed to participate on game day, but you need to show up on game day to get your check. Contracts vary a fair amount and guys who have crazy high amounts of guaranteed money might be mostly exempt from the penalty, put this is real, real money to all of them with those few exceptions.

.

I so hope footage of it makes "Hard Knocks!"

USA Today released their NFL Teams predictions today and they Predict that Detroit and Philadelphia will be 3 win teams tied for 2nd worst in the NFL behind 1 win Houston.

That is happy.

Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that Detroit and Houston can get to 4 wins. :)

I don't give much credence to hotel newspapers. They must've gone to print without seeing the giants lost another OL this week.

No, no, they understand that 2 of their 3 wins in the season will be against us.

The Shitbirds are hatfeul bastards like that.
