NFL 2021

It sounds pretty bad. Being unemployed may be making him crumble. Sounds like a DUI accident, fleeing the scene, burglary and domestic assault. A whole mess. Like he might actually do time.
 
The last I saw of the story on the afternoon local news was that he is going thru a mental breakdown. I can see him doing a mea culpa and getting probation plus fines with no time behind bars other than what he already spent.

Wonder if any vultures are going to try to get him into a conservatorship ala FreeBrit?
 
My wife said same. I'm thinking the majority of this issue is that his career is pretty much in free fall at this point and he was not prepared for the curtains to close.
 
One of my football friends from high school seems to be having some life problems of late; not dealing well with his declining parents, severe anxiety attacks, bad life decisions, some talk of "the end of it all"... you know, fun in your 50's stuff.

Not only did he play football, but he played club rugby for another dozen years. I'm thinking that he may be paying for a few of the concussions that I know of.

(He was 5150'd last week after his neighbors checked on him, that's how bad it is.)

Damn. Most of the time it's fun in the 50s stuff. Hoping that's the case for your friend. 5150 is no joke.

He must have really been going apeshit and you know that dude can probably fight 3 guys at once with success.
 
TMZ is running a Ring doorbell clip of the incident that looks like it was taken off a computer monitor screen, like maybe investigators were examining it.... :facepalm
 
I am beginning to develop a visceral dislike for TMZ and the faces, particularly Harvey Levin and his cadre of cads, running it. Wouldn't mind seeing some of them get the "Big Dave visits Old McDonald's Farm" treatment for some fill 'em work...

Yeah, no need for the Gold Rush to walk around looking like Atlanta Falcons. One alternate I wouldn't mind seeing for them is using modern fabrics to try and make a Gold Colored Jersey.

Yeah, the Raiders and the Aint's Helmets look like nice updates, but these cats are clearly just making a fashion statement with no sense of the team and what those colors mean.

Putting on Black to abandon the legacy of the White Niners Uniforms since the beginning? Drafting a mostly White Helmet for a team typically refereed to as Big Blue?

I kind of wonder if they are intentionally putting some bad helmets in the the mix for teams they KNOW are hell bent on a legacy and won't change helmets to help create buzz for some of the nice ones that might consider licensing the change.
