Derick Henry continues to instill fear, I've seen him stiff arm multiple fools to the ground like they a child. His strides are huge goddamn horse-like 😂 lol

Damn so it looks like this was the weekend for backups to shine........

I didn't get to watch the Niners game but from the score updates it looked like they were trying to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory again.

Henry may be out for the rest of the season due to a foot injury and potential surgery. MRI today to evaluate the extent of damage.

2nd half of that niner game was entertaining. And to be fair, the Bears are shit.

Two observations from that game: If Niners Wide Receivers were 7 feet tall, Jimmy's passes would be perfect. He kept throwing so high that it required circus catches to get em. Got better in second half, merely throwing them a foot or so away but at least on catchable horizontal plane. What I want to know is whether that's the yips, going through a bad stretch, or whether that's just who he is: a guy who is not accurate.

The other is that Shanny ran several RO plays designed for Lance but used Jimmy, which he actually executed well (in second half). It made me wonder if there is a head game afoot; i.e., bringing in Lance is too destabilizing for Jimmy's ego or countenance. I don't have the answer, just thinking about it.
I almost think Shanny should run a play with both of them out there and lateral passes to confuse rushers. Lance could probably run a screen as a receiver to keep anxiety level high enough.

Fans are a bit mollified but I still shudder at thought of a decent opponent. Bears are in bad shape right now.

Just saw the news on Von Miller. Looks like the Broncos are on the verge of a wholesale rebuild.

Yeah, a guy was talking on the radio last Friday about how much sooner in the year the decisions for rebuild or tankin are coming. This one is about trade deadline of course, as well.

Playoffs will be pretty damn interesting this year....I wonder if its where the NFC Championship ends up being better than actual Super Bowl. But, good stuff happening on the other side, too.

That's an amazing trade 5 years ago.

You are absolutely correct but he can still play at a high level. Besides, with the rams all he has to do is pick through the wreckage left by Darnold to pick up a few more sacks. I hate to see him no longer in a Broncos uniform but this should be a good ride on the backside of a prominent career.

Miller's been pretty good this year, so I don't think he's been the Bronco's problem....

I'm also glad Miller's moved to the NFC West... :laughing

In a move that would have been great TEN YEARS AGO, the Titans are signing Adrian Peterson to fill in for Derrick Henry.

I'm glad that Stafford is getting said shot. Detroit is just still bein' Detroit, despite knee-biting HC.:laughing
