NFL 2021

Maybe. Stallworth.

Firearms in cars aren't that big of a deal in NV.

:laughing I said that already, it is more the multiple felony charges. You reckon he is looking at a bare minimum of 5 years as the current charges stand. Could be as many as 50.

You figure if they get him guilty (looks bad so far) the defense makes a case that he is young and a 1st time offender, so plea leniency in sentencing. Having the firearm in the car after such an exciting alcohol adventure does not help the case of trying to get a mild sentence for a youthful mistake, right?

I keep thinking about all the CCW instructor preaching about how you do not drink when you carry, full stop. Obviously some people do in NV, but it does not paint a picture that helps his situation, you know?

I read a witness account today that says the victim in the car was still alive when the car burned and he tried to get her out but couldn't. I also read today after the impact the RAV4 got chucked 600 ft down the street. In my years on the road I have seen a lot of horror and bloodshed, I've even seen the unspeakable horror of the 2020 New York Giants Offense :teeth, but this crash sounds like it was spectacular on a level I have never personally witnessed. The prosecution is going to have a field day with the documentation of that crash scene. It really seems like the only thing that will make sense is to go directly to a plea deal, if the DA will accept it.

Not in Nevada. Not for DUI resulting in death.

Also, I've read that there is yet-to-be-seen traffic cam footage of the crash.

Is that a mandatory prison sentence in NV?

edit: nevermind I looked it up. You're right.

Any bets whether he receives a felony reckless and gets probation?

Yeah, not a good look, but that pic was snapped when he was at the owners meeting to demand that Goodell release ALL the WFT e-mails, not just Gruden's.

He's not wrong on that. I bet they're hiding something really embarrassing, more embarrassing than Mark's appearance....

Oh, he's absolutely not wrong but it was a bizarre way to put in an appearance.

MARLOWE!!!

I didn't think you would show your face around here until Ben figured out it was time to give up the ghost!

:teeth

Sure he is an antivaxer, as he is opposed to vaccines.

Case closed.

:laughing

Yeah, you're right, my apologies... he offered an incredibly stupid explanation (Kyrie Irving style), used all the buzzwords in an attack on those questioning his decisions ("woke mob" and "cancel culture"), got medical advice from Joe Rogan, and said the league has no right to tell him what to do.... :facepalm

Hey Aaron, there are 30 million reasons a year the league can tell you what to do to keep others safe (at least that's what was said when CK7 was kneeling)... let's face it, if it weren't for the NFL he'd be just another Uncle Rico living out of a van. :laughing

No worries. QAaron has shown his true colors and disregard for the health care workers that are on the front line by making himself a "victim" of the woke cancel culture.

Uncle Rico is funny.

The Giants of course.

:laughing FUCK, NO, but don't be surprised if the Jets grab him.

All press seems to suggest that his ego could not handle being in a small Market after getting kicked out of NY, so Las Vegas might also be out of the question.

Truth be told, if they can make a cap friendly deal, the Rams just makes too much sense.

LMFAO..... made me snort with this one. I would hope the Niners would be in the mix but not sure we have a QB worthy of OBJ.

I think that fathead would be very happy to come be Terrell Owens part II as a back up plan, but they don't look playoff bound.

I think if San Francisco can provide some pre-drafted templates that he can use to criticize the Niners QB's on and a pre-packaged flight offer to party on Boats in Cabo before important games, he might consider it, but I know that is a lot of footwork to do in a short time before he is criticizing L.A. for not signing him already before he is released from the Browns.
