NFL 2021

Ruggs is looking at a max of 46 years now.

DUI resulting in death

DUI resulting in substantial bodily harm

2 charges of reckless driving

possessing a gun while under the influence

46 is good for Rossi, not so much for years in prison.

I hear that State Farm is re-assessing its commitment Aaron as a spokes person, but nothing concrete. I wonder if he had policy against arrogant stupidity if he loses the gig?

Sounds like OBJ's contract structure is such that any team claming him has to pay the full 7M or whatever remaining on his contract, and the he's a FA after the season.

Short version is he'll probably clear waivers and sign somewhere as a FA.

The stupid fuck has fucked himself sideways.

It was fun while it lasted; shame someone died due to his assfuckery.

Sure, but if the Browns release him, he is free to negotiate whatever new contract he wants right?

Rams might get him on a one year for cheaper.

Isn't "waived" (as OBJ will be on Monday) different than "released" in NFL-speak?

Yeah, as I understand it, if he is waived then he has to go through the waiver wire. It means bad teams get to sign him before good teams.

So the $7 million for this year is a threat he can hold against any teams who want to claim him. If he goes through all the teams on the wire without anyone willing to pay $7m, then he is free to do whatever.

LOL, why? I mean, this kind of jackassery is not great leadership, but he isn't doing anything wrong. :dunno

Just 'cause he's a douche. I don't like him on the field either though.

If they cut guys for being douchecanoes, we would lose like 2/3rd of the league. :laughing

Pro Athletes are as bad as professional actors.

:rofl
I have no problem with Aaron Rodgers vaccine choice and not just because it gives my Chiefs a chance today.

Sometimes it is a trap game and sometimes it just that just means you are also a really shitty team.

:teeth

:laughing

The Raider do have a tendency to play down to their opponents....

Pssst, Denver beat the giants and the cowboys :twofinger

... still lost to the Raiders a couple of weeks ago. :twofinger

Better go grab your spot for the championship parade.... we'll wait. :laughing

Been a rough couple of weeks, and KC up next.
