I was outside half the time and I couldn't hear shit inside with the live bands. The Bistro is old enough to drink now.
 
So...

Bought a Picobrew a couple months ago. Finally got everything together and set up on Thursday. What a wonnerful machine! The online software rocks, and you get to keep tabs on what the unit is doing even if you have to make a run to the store, or just want to sit outside. I love the wee beastie. :love

So far I've kicked out a pale that came with the machine, a nut brown, a stout, and an IPA. Now, to wait for fermentation to finish, and :party

Might have been handy during the creation of the IPA. I tossed a bit too much Irish moss in there, and.... Well, if anyone remembers the pudding monster from Woody Allen's Sleeper... :laughing
 
I went to Harry's Hofbrau last night because they had Founder's tap take over. I got me KBS with a side of corn beef and cabbage. So good.

Damn. Ive never had kbs. Dying to try. Wish i knew.
 
What a sad contrast. KBS and corned beef hanging off the plate. On the other side a little roast beef sandwich and glass of water. Truly sad.
