Porsche Panamera S ?

I'm more of an suv guy but I can appreciate a fast four door car.
I think the Panama is cool as shit.

Ok Porsche you win this round!

I had really high hopes for the new Panamera based on a lot of the concept drawings out there, but I'm disappointed in the exterior of the new car. I'm sure it's a better car, but I think I like the look of the old one better, as odd as it is. And they made the wheelbase even longer, which makes no sense to me. The old car was already really freaking long.

"Factory car being driven by professional driver"

Fail

from the youtube video said:
he was to set a laptime so the P1 GTR clients can try to match or beat the lap he sets. He was going absolutely 100% and overtook a handful of drivers.

sounds like there were other drivers there in expensive cars that were interested in pushing it some :dunno

So all of them on the track that day were factory cars? :laughing

Do you know how many of those $3+ million supercars are in existence and what percentage of them you just saw in one corner on one track?

I'm guessing you haven't mastered Google yet.

Only goes to the track to watch supercars
Assumes all supercars are at the track

It comes with it's very own arsenic table and carrier. You'll need it when the first thing (it'll be the engine) breaks. I am 100% out on German cars, EXCEPT Porsche. Porsche is the best of the Germans and pretty darn good on reliability.

BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW..nice cars, but fucking heaps-O-shit.

That's why you buy it at CarMax with the warranty so you can be like the guy on Jalopnic who has had CarMax pay out $7500+ in repairs on a Range Rover warranty they sold to him for $3000. :laughing

Never said either of those. But I can do simple math. I know generally how many of these supercars have been sold and its pretty easy to estimate even a floor number of cars hitting the track. And that simple math would indicate that the idea that these cars are all being bought to stare at in the garage is nonsense. A whole lot of them are being driven very hard on the street and the track. Most of the people buying these cars have money to burn and the cost of actually driving them is pocket change to them. And as you go just slightly downstream into the $150-250k cars, that just goes up even more.

If you want to see the garage queens that just get traded around by the same group of people, watch Mecum Auctions or the goobers on Chasing Classic Cars.

The new supercars, by contrast, are very often being thrashed the way there were intended to be driven. There are always some going to folks like Mayweather or the Cuntashians, but for every one of those, there are multiple going to people who actually drive them.
