Some people seem disappointed when they ask about the backstory on it and I'm just like "I did it because I think it's cool"

I've tattooed myself! Later to be covered- up. The best tattoos I have are the one's I was least involved in.

Ex-pro tip- Rings on people that wrench for a living is risky business! I would never wear a ring after the second time I saw someone "deglove" their finger bone at work. Now I wear a silicone ring and I love it. I've caught them on shit before and they just snap and then I get a new one.

Just give he a "mom, I can come by for x number of days in (insert summer month here starting with July) and leave it at that.

You love your mom, clearly, but she needs to understand you have a life too.

funny I also got my first tattoo when I was 13, most recent ones 2 years ago. oh no maybe 6 years ago.
Time sure does fly and I have a very poor memory.
