Skyrim

Hey guys who offers destruction magic training. The expert trainer at the Mage college died During the last Mage college mission.

Are potions not as available to be found as they were in Oblivion? I never needed to make a potion cause I always found them in the caves/forts/ruins/mines in amounts more than I ever really needed. :dunno

potions are everywhere. if you work on your alchemy skill though, you can create better potions than you can find anywhere. plus, i can create potions that increase my enchant/smithing skill for 30 seconds, which allow me to create even better enchants or items.

you can also play around a lot with ingredients. you may find a potion that, say, gives you 50 health, but you could make one that gives 50 health, and increases your heavy armor skill for 60 seconds, stuff like that.

Wow, I thought it would be harder to become a werewolf, it's actually easy. Lydia seemed to have no problem with my transformation (this is in response to an earlier post stating that companions would run away when you became a werewolf.)

im juggling this idea myself, havent decided yet

One minor irritation... very few close matches. I either get completely owned, or I own. I just faced down 20-30 Draugr Warlords and Conjurers, all high-level with ebony swords and such. They used to destroy me, very tough fights. Now I just shout elemental fury, and with my dual swords I can take on 4 at a time and win in about 15 seconds.

Fighting Alduin (hope that's not spoilers to anyone), I was getting liquified by his fire breath- not kidding, 300 health gone in one blast, my health bar looked like it was in free-fall. His chomps would do like 1/4 of my health bar. So I equip my 60% resist fire shield, drink a 29% resist fire potion, and Block his chomps and firebreaths, and I take almost no damage the whole fight.

I either need to turn it up to Master difficulty or I need to start setting rules for myself.

I just love kiting enemies into giant camps. I did this to a troll that was chasing me and this happened...

My new tactic is to set my companion (Lydia or Lids... thank Beetlejuice..) at a rally point behind me. I then go hunting and if things go wrong, I'll head back to her...

Im just about to finish theives guild. I came across some bad ass ebony mail. It helps sneak and casts poison. Any enemy near you as you sneak take 5the damage per sec and are poisoned. As soon as you crouch you get engulfed in a black smoked shadow

Hot damn! I got that armor but never used it due to my Light Armor specialty. I'll have to see this black smoked shadow for myself :teeth
