Tattoo removal...

I mean..... Ive seen worse? :laughing

but honestly its not that bad just old and blown out. I dont think you need to go full sleeve unless you wanted to. You could do your forearm.

I use to watch............ some show that they only specialized in cover ups. some I thought there was just no way, but they made it work. Its about tricking the eye with super dark pieces like that. But I think thats small enough you could cover it up and not even know its there.

this thread is about removing tattoos and it just makes me want to get another one :laughing

You guys mind if I ask why you had them removed? As someone who only this year got tattoos, I'm curious what made you change your mind later

It's taking up valuable real estate. I want a full rocker and it is in the way. It's the B24 bomber on my right side lower ribs in the pic.

How much does it cost? I have a really stupid and really visible tattoo I'd like to get removed. I'm afraid it will be tough as it started as a homemade tattoo, then was expanded, then was redone. So deep ink.

Like I said, the doc is a good friend so I'm paying $100 per session. He usually charges $250 a session.

The laser machine is state of the art and yesterday he hit me with 4 joules at a rate of like 500 zaps a second.

Tats are pretty cool. It's fun to see the one's that are well done, and even more fun if the person is comfortable talking about them. There's usually a good story. I find the stories fascinating.

No tats for me though. I'm full of dumb ideas, and too chicken to commit. I had thought of doing a quasi tribal armband incorporating symbols from many of the places I've traveled to. I suppose it would be like a male version of a charm bracelet now that I think about it. :laughing

Ah the old crucified skinhead had one of them covered up when I first moved to America lol

Beau...why do I feel this pic is less about your tattoos and more about you looking like Joe Piscopo? :laughing:laughing

it's come down a LOT in price!

I was going to say that 1K PER seemed like a lot. But I also never had one removed. I think with most things when it was a "new" idea it was crazy expensive. I did a quick google search and came across "what were you inking" :laughing here in Denver and their website says 150$ per session.

so BL might not be as expensive as you think :thumbup

Dude's got more veins in that one arm than I do in my whole body! :laughing

I got mine removed about 15 years ago. Beau mentioned above it's way cheaper ($250)

Seems like a great deal

His will still take a lot of sessions.

As I type this there are South Korean and Japanese scientists working around on the clock on a better tattoo removal method and they are gonna be FUCKING BILLIONAIRES !!!!

I used to think it would be cool to get a couple of tattoos but since everyone and their dog is getting them I'm starting to conclude its actually pretty nice to not have any.
