Walking Dead season 5

Damn, you smart. I assumed he was being followed and watched. Didn't realize it could be little miss fence climber. Now she'll be armed if Coral gets rapey.

Steel came from the mall or whatever that was supposedly being built nearby when they first moved in.

Wondering about congresswoman's husband as well - he obviously survived the initial apocalypse long enough to design/build the town walls and gates...and who knows what else? Booby traps? Holding rooms? Escape routes? Safe rooms?

Son and porch monkey will be problems soon as already pointed out.

Would not have given up my weapons so quickly or so easily. Especially not after the governor's town, Terminus, etc. Everything looks shiny at first.

Wondering about how little girl planned on getting back IN if they hadn't all been coming in at the same time. Those walls didn't have the supports on the other side that she could climb. She's got secrets. Have a feeling she'll end up with Rick's group one way or another and sees things as they are in Alexandria.

ROTC :laughing power tripping little cuntcake. If he's their "expert" on going outside the walls I can see why the congresswoman wanted Rick's group. They'll be the foragers and protectors of the community...if not other stuff.

Congresswoman's focus on what people did before - wondering what other things and skills people may have that will come to light as a threat or benefit to Rick's group. If Rick does decide to take over, who makes HIS cut? Will she be in front of the camera answering his 3 questions for new group members?

the outside of the walls have the support beams angled into the ground. it would be very easy to scale them and get back in.

How very right. As if keeping something in, not something out.

Life hack regarding foraging: Just send out Michone with two jawless pet zombies to gather stuff. Keep them chained up outside. Almost zero risk!

This all seems to good to be true. I'm waiting for the bad side of this place to show itself.

Watching carol play this frail / weak / motherly figure is interesting. Great con

She's spying for someone or some group on the outside is my theory. Who was she going to see out there?

I would throw it out there that there is a group that Morgan is associated with. If you recall Morgan was looking at trees with these strange symbols and he follows it towards Rick and the gang.

They showed the marks on the trees while the group was still at the church. I am pretty sure it was implied it was the terminus/hunter's group that was leaving them.

Morgan didn't seem like the kind of guy who would have a group IMO.

I still think the girl is feeding a walker. I don't understand the need for the backpack just to be passing info along.

I agree Morgan seems like he would be more of a loner.

As for the girl, she is doing something but I would be surprised if she was doing something as dumb as feeding a walker. They are setting her up to be more like Rick's group than the rest of the townspeople. I mean she is not living in fantasy land she is hoping a wall and perfectly comfortable surviving outside the walls apparently.

I just really enjoyed how with the blender gun, Rick was trying to sneak an unregistered hand gun past a congresswoman LoL

about the girl, how the fuck could she have disappeared on Coral like that:wtf she was maybe 30 feet away max. takes off running, Coral sees this and follows. he gets to where she was standing when she realized he was there and, poof! gone with the wind.

Here is a thought.

Or there's some tunnels there.

I saw the beams on the outside of the walls, but I got a bit confused and was like "wtf...nahhhhhhhhh that's not the outside." I thought maybe there was a double layer to the wall and he was walking the inner side of it or something. Doesn't make sense to me that some super smart architect designed the walls...and then couldn't figure out how to keep them up with counterweights and braced them from the other side instead. The overall construction, now that I think about it from a builder's point, doesn't make sense. Framework exposed on the inside, but with the support braces on the outside? Why wouldn't you at least have the framework on the same side as the supports - regardless of whether it was meant to keep something in or out? The support braces do make it look like the walls are to keep people in rather than out, but the exposed framework is easy to climb...maybe foreshadowing? They'll try and shut Rick's group in, Coral saves the day by showing them how to climb out because he watched the girl do it? Plot twist, they're all prisoners including the Congresswoman to begin with? Fuck if I know.

if by now, they can't climb a fucking fence, they should just cancel the show:laughing
