You can buy Morgan's safe town for the low low price of 680k.

The owners of Grantville, Georgia put their ghost town up for sale on eBay for the rock bottom price os $680,000 or the best available offer. The town went into foreclosure four years ago and then-mayor Jim Sells acquired it.

she basically told Rick to his face that she was lying to them already! she straight up told him that if she did not get re-elected, she was going to become a pro gambler. that she was really good at reading people...kind of honest. if you think about that for a second, it means that she can lie her ass off as well!

i feel like Negan is coming real soon and is likely one of the 3 exiled folks she mentioned!

also, did Rick & Co. forget that these people have parabolic mics?? they're just goin about their business talkin shop on the front porch at night, in the open:wtf

i'm a bit bothered by the fact that haircut lady's husband hasn't made a real appearence yet. him sitting on the porch calling out to Rick like that creeped me out.

I think the girl is bringing supplies to someone. definitely human, not a walker. You can really care for a walker...

I want to trust the lady... but i dunno. Maybe she realizes she needs help and her screw up hot head son isnt helping them... wondering the status of the dad? where is he... obviously seems dead...or maybe even exiled. that would be cold

WHERE IS MORGAN!<!>!?

The Carol/Daryl show is the best! They're not love interests, but they have great chemistry together. I love that she's the only one that really turned the community's interview requirement on its head and went for the full deception. She is one cunning lady (and probably one of the scariest of the group at this point).

Carol's interview is the perfect example. She seemed so pleasant and helpless, but when she said how much she missed her wonderful husband who was abusive, it was a flashing warning to the fans that she is lying.

It is funny to see her dressed like a soccer mom talking with Daryl who hasnt even bathed.

Crazy how fast he's grown up:

Anyone else notice that Rick's acting during the interview was like an immitation of Shane? Expressions, tone, everything.

Come to think of it yes I did notice that. I would say we should be well aware that Rick's family are very smart and in some cases matured as a survivalist mentality.

Nah I just reread this portion of the comic. It is crazy how much I forgot. There is a lot of material for the show, and I am sure they will use it.

Negan wont be around until the next big shift in storyline, which is a ways away.

What a fantastic episode! Rick and Michonne are taking high profile jobs with their new community, Daryl is creating a diversion by playing the exaggerated feral dumb predictable redneck role while Carol goes undercover. Carl gets curious about a mysteriously interesting girl. Glenn continues to set the bar for biggest brass-balled badass, and I have a feeling there is a reckoning coming that will cleanse certain elements from the community while it incorporates others into our family of protagonist survivors.

So many possible directions to take, personalities/characters to develop and explore. And yeah, that walker lurching out of its own skin to get at Tara was absolutely phenomenal. Good thing Cpt. Brass Ones was there to save the day.

Great episode. :thumbup

I really liked this moment of the show. Kind of a telling moment that the group was still human in that they didn't feel torturing walkers was right, where communties scavengers were feeling untouchable and almost a community within a community. "What we say goes, despite what is said inside the walls, out here we are gods."

And the skin tearing was a really well done visual effect. :thumbup

I'm expecting ROTC douchebag to try to get some revenge. Glenn emasculated him and undermined his authority in front of everyone. Dude's most definitely going to be cranky about that for a while. Who knows, maybe he and porch-guy are douchebag buddies and will team up and be the antagonists for the foreseeable future.

You read that completely differently than I did. I don't think they gave a fuck about the walker being tortured...they just thought it was dumb and dangerous to do that. They just wanted the thing dead.

I agree with that, but I don't think they felt it was right to tie it up as sport. Kill it and keep everyone safe, don't keep it around to "get your game face on".

A symbol of their loss of humanity?

They've seen their own people turn into walkers and had to kill them. I don't think Rick's crew enjoys killing walkers, they just know they have to kill them. It could be considered a compassionate killing, in a sense. The towns people don't understand the first thing about walkers.
