But you can only shoot one at a time, so it's 1 1/2 guns for the price of two. :laughing :( :laughing

^holy jeebus...i thought after the conversion, you can still shoot semi? that sucks....

WTF T-force talking about m8?

Oh, I know what you mean. Yes, you can still shoot semi, but you can only shoot with one slide on at a time. So it's either .45, or .22. Can't shoot .22 and .45 at the same time, 'cause you can't put both slides on and both magazines in at once.

So it's not like having two guns. One lower, two uppers. Shoot one at a time.

:laughing ahhaa o0o0o i got it now...:p kinda confusing when i first read it...:laughing

But it takes a few seconds to make the upper swap so it's not like I couldn't go shoot .45 and .22 the same night...

But a 1911 and a .22 conversion will run me over $1k and I don't have that much to spend right now. So, looks like the MKIII might be the winner...or a shotgun :teeth

^ repost:p

and yeah..the 870 is my choice of pump shotty...the M4 and the M1100 for the semi auto shotty :p

^nice vid, didn't know the ruger mini 14 can go auto ?

Q about vertical grips, do you guys like them more than w/o? I'm thinking you'd get less barrel raise

i cant see it...but maybe he was bumpfiring a semi auto?

Yep, I had a Springfield 1911 and a Marvel conversion kit. It was pretty darn nifty, but I wound up not liking 1911s and sold them both.

Bought a Hi-Power and one of my .22s instead, and like em.

The dude in the video reloading the 1911 needs to work on his reloading drills.

Vid seemed to be merely ammo wasting and sub-par bump firing. :D

As for the shotty, I love my Winchester Defender. Action is slicker than any 870 I've tried. You can get a few more goodies with the 870, but if you're not going to pimp it out I'll take the Winny. I have a Benelli Tactical too, but it doesn't like light loads and gets pricey to run buckshot throught it all the time.

We have the same folding table as in the video :laughing

Vinyl covered masonite with four spring loaded quick latch legs. Sixteen square feet with low weight bearing capacity. :thumbup :D

Kimber rimfire 1911 is nice. Has all the precision parts in and very accurate it's said. It's pricey for a 22 near a grand. But it sure would be classy during practice :D
