Well, geez, I didn't mean to ruin your whole night like that. I was close, wasn't I? It's not like I called it a P22. :p :teeth

Just razzin ya. :angel Now if you would stop dumping money into new rims for your car you would have plenty to buy a new Kimber when you are old enough. You really need to work on your priorities. :x :teeth

seriously! get your prioritys straight,! i have to meake the decision almost every day to either go to the range or eat dinner, cuz i can only afford one. also every paycheck, im living off like 50 bucks to eat for the MONTH! just because of guns. talk about suffering for the cause

I know exactly what you're talking about Sohijiro! I had to make a new year's resolution to not buy any guns this year, so that I could pay off some debt, buy a house, and spend some time shooting all the guns and ammo I already have stockpiled, and I still BARELY made it through Jan without buying a gun!! :cry

My friend Denis got jumped today.

He got off work early because he got some fiberglass on his skin, so he got home, and heard some suspicious sounds in the back. He went to check it out, and found three guys trying to open a window. He asked them what's up, they stood there, then started getting attitude, then he got attitude (it's Denis, he's madd gangsta), next thing you know, one moved behind him and popped him with a pipe in the orbital.

This is why I'm a gun owner. At the slightest possibility of bullshit going down, I'm locked and loaded.

One night, this drunk guy was breaking into my neighbors' place while they were out on winter break, so I stepped outside with the SKS and persuaded him to leave ;) Guns help.

you should have smashed his dome in with the butt of the gun , and then persuaded him to leave.

Well, it's always attached, just folded into the stock, as my brother demonstrates:

was this in davis or SJ, and who goes home early for getting fiberglass in their skin

This was in Davis. And he works at Big 5 Sporting Goods, so you're not really supposed to be walking around all dirty and shit. Gotta look clean for the old people to come in and buy shoes from you :p

Haha, ben you have a problem dude. You need to see counseling. Not for guns, but spending your money in general. You're so impulsive!

Miran's talking shit?

Oh good lord. Honestly, if you couldn't see the tongue-in-cheek mall-ninja, myself-poking-fun-at-myself, you're dumber than you look and think. :laughing

Yea, I'm a desk-jockey at Stanford. You are a counter-monkey at a BIG 5 dude. That ain't exactly the pinnacle of success. Go get in the back and pull me up a pallet of Wolf bitch boy. :twofinger

So some drunk guy at a party last night told me you could buy CA legal lowers for assault rifles, where the magazine is permanently attached to the gun and you, I dunno, clip load like an SKS or garand or something. Makes sense from a "you don't need a assault rifle to target shoot" view, but I call BS. Anyone care to enlighten me?

How come nobody answered this?

It's true. You can get AR-15 knock-offs in California, the lowers have sealed magazine wells which you have to load like a Garand, stripper-clip style. Load 10 rounds, shoot, separate lower-from-upper, load, shoot. It's a pain in the butt and a disgrace to Eugene Stoner. I'll never buy one.

A better alternative is the CA-legal FALs. Loads the same way but the "fixed magazine" is a reversible mod that you can put back to normal the minute you get out of California. At $1200+ though it's pretty dang pricey.

The SNAP guys will appreciate this:

JKD was one of our SNAP BARF regulars before he went out of state and became LEO:

Got this from DeadMeat over the weekend:

BTW, JKD is a certified, sig carrying, Law Enforcement Official now. And in case you're wondering, he won the shooting award for his class, the only recruit who has ever shot a 100% in his department.

Nice to see one of our mall-ninja students learning something in our tactical pistol classes.
