everything is clear except why not just talk to him? he isnt underage he is 19 parents dont need to be brought into this. it seems people are assuming his parents bought him his car??

Because his parents need to understand who their son is. They need to understand that he casually puts the lives of others at risk. And that he is too immature to deal with the results. Judging by what I have seen of him so far, I would be very skeptical of anything he'd say to me.

The fact that you're on here as his spokesman doesn't encourage one much.

I still say a 1Rider appearance would be the ticket. Plus who the hell doesnt want to do a track day? WTF, id sell my bike to do track days but id be out a bike...

Hes in the wrong spot mentally with the road racing bit. I know after a day at the track no-one in theyre right minds will EVAR push it so hard again on the street..

i can guarantee im not have your admins run a ip trace

heres mine 67.174.228.1XX not including last to digits

you know, unplugging your cable modem and getting a new DHCP lease on Comcast isn't rocket science, and different IPs mean nothing.

Besides, with things like tor, it's possible to appear to come from random IPs around the world. So your argument's rather pointless.

If, despite massive evidence to the contrary, you had some modicum of sense and decided that repeatedly incriminating yourself on a public forum wasn't the brightest thing to be doing, then yes. Yes, you would. Creating a new persona so you could continue defending yourself while appearing to be someone else is pretty much exactly what you'd do.

You've demonstrated you're many things these past few days, but given your passion for driving and modifying stock vehicles, I don't think we can list "lazy" or "uncreative" as any of those things.

Ant,
There is no denying that biker cross the DY too. But sometimes they pay the ultimate price for their mistake. And yes.. We should do the same to any and all bikers that act like idiots. Because we all get blame. There is a stereotype about bikers already as us being reckless. We need to change that view from the general public.

Wazzufredo,
The biggest fear that I've ever encounter in life, was facing my dad whenever I did something wrong (mind you I have a very loving family and my dad was never abusive) But just knowing that I was in trouble with dad was good enough to change my ways. It might be the same with him. When I suggested a group ride to show how many people he had affected with his behavior, it was just that, and by no means I meant to bully him. I said talk to his parents. No violence and not acting stupid. Just talk. As adults.

And remember I also said "report him to the police" straight up.

You are missing the point of what I was trying to say

100 riders showing up reving engines and beating their chests will result in a phone call to the cops and the person you were trying to get through to will think you are nothing but a bunch of boneheads. Goes nowhere

1 articulate rider who was actualy effected by this guy's behavour sitting down and having a calm discussion with this guy's parents will go miles.

I know, especialy if this guy's dad is anything like my dad (and looks like your dad as well) is.

What does being asian have to do with anything? Other than Masaki is Asian? Oh I get it, you can not be Masaki because you are not Asian. It all becomes clear now. Cheezits, I should have just looked at your profile to verify that. :wtf

Who said anything about 100 riders showing up and reving their engines? All I saw was a suggestion that a few riders make DivineZ's parents aware of his activities. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't take that to mean burnouts on the front lawn.

There is a lot of :blah in this thread about what this Devine Z guy should do to say sorry but the OP is the only one with any cards in the game at this point.

Wow. Well, there has been a lot said. Lots of stories of the danger. I would like to remind you all:

What we do is dangerous. Probably more than you realize, in spite of all the RIP threads.

Some of you who are longtime riders, and are better riders than I, nevertheless have an attitude that does not seem to fully take into account your participation in the danger.

When someone comes around a corner in my lane, it's MY responsibility to "fix" the situation. Being angry about it afterwords is pointless. Spend that energy on analyzing what you could have done better...because there WILL be a next time.

Nothing else matters. Fault, intent, responsibility, legality, douchebaggery...it's all a distraction from the physical reality.

For me, when a driver attempts to kill me, my evasion and analysis thereof are the best opportunities to fine tune the most important of skills. I don't have time to waste on the douche, I need to work on saving myself again NEXT TIME.

:wtf
Ok, I understand the "my responsibility" part. No one is more motivated at keeping me alive than...me. But, "Nothing else matters."???
There is one other very important thing that matters...removing the cause of what almost killed you. You certainly want to reduce the odds of it happening again, no? That's part of the whole evasion process, ya know...get them to miss you and then keep them from attempting it again in the future.

HA (Hells Angels) for life :teeth :rofl

yes I agree showing up 100 people strong would be threatening and would not help this cause at all. In fact it would be so derogatory to it that it would look like Masaki is a saint and we are hooligan thugs.

Maybe Kurt just meeting up with this kid face to face would be an answer. I think putting him on a motorcycle and letting him play in traffic (580 interchange I hear is fun, what was it referred to a slaughter chute) would open his eyes up REAL FAST.

In fact this same event (what happened to Kurt) happened to me on tuesday, but with a different car. I was at stevens creek reservoir Situation was only slightly different good ol black 350z was passing a bicyclist in a blind right (for me) was halfway into my lane. I did not set my turn up as kurt had and I can tell you the OH SHIT look on the drivers eyes was enough! He had nowhere to go, either push bicyclist off cliff or hold his line and hope I avoid. I did luckily. If I hadn't recently done my track day, I don't think I would have avoided since I had no clue the potential lean angles my bike was capable of. I avoided by so little space it was pretty ridiculous.

If just one driver reads any of this and changes his ways than this thread has succeeded incredibly.

First of all, he could show proof that he has enrolled in a track day. It was also suggested that he volunteer at 1Rider.

Uh huh...like (DJ) Woody signing up for MSF?
