And don't bother telling me what forum I'm on , I've been around BARF for a while , long enough to see a plethora of wet behind the ears trolls like you come and go.

So what's your point in even still being here , I mean since your boy divine already bailed and all , some friend , leaving you to fight his battles for him 'eh? And since you already know it all then I'm sure there's nothing that we "stupid old men" can teach , so why stick around? Unless your just queer for abuse that is.

Now you *could* take the alternative track and rack it back a notch or three and stick around with a bit different attitude , see what you can learn , see what you could contribute. And since folks here are actually friendly when they aren't riled you might even find some common ground , but not if you keep trying to piss in folks cheerios and get your own feet wet instead. So go get some dry shoes and make a decision one way or the other no skin off our noses either way.

heh, i never came on here for 'my friend' I already made a intro post prior to this. You call me a troll whatever, you seem to be more interested in fighting then debating.

If you haven't been able 2 tell i 'calmed down' with this thread since it was moving nowhere. I COULD? thats very cute and all but honestly i stopped even trying with this thread after there was very few people that even tried to prove my points wrong. If i was here to talk shit trust me this would be another 10 pages long easily by now. So do you want 2 'make peace' or continue arguing with someone that isn't willing to argue back?

And he obviously knows little about chassis setup , a 12.80s car and he's got to get a 315 drag radial to get it to hook? Properly setup mustangs at that level can be hooked up on a 9 inch pure street tire.

You're still missing the point , grow a couple of feet taller and it might smack you in the forehead instead of sailing over your head. In addition the above just makes my ( and others here) well developed bullshit detector go off , you're backpedaling so fast now that you're going to run a 12.80 in reverse.

And your myspace page? When are y'all gonna learn not to put that stupid crap up on the 'net?

In all seriousness , get that crap off the street , you could have made a lot of trips to Golden State , Sacto , Redding , Famoso etc. to run that thing in a legal environment for the amount of cash you threw down for those tickets.

If you get popped *real* bad that "Stang will go to impound , your license will be gone ( if it's not already) and the trouble will follow you for years by way of increased insurance costs etc.

I'm not bullshitting you here , you can listen or you can ignore what I'm saying but if you continue to play on the streets you're gonna pay in money or blood sooner or later , I hope for your sake it's just money.


Look at it as a matter of economics , if you spend even five franklins at the track it's still a hell of a lot cheaper than the ticket on the street for what you're doing legally at a track. And you'll have a hell of a lot of fun with a lot less worries.

I haven't raced on the street for a while. My drag radials = gone and they're street tires. The reason for 315s and not 275s was because my fr500s (rims) were a package. it was like $30 more for them and they looked better with the wiper lip IMO.

I would've blocked my myspace if i wanted it 2 be hidden. And i've always raced on the track as well as the street. But honestly making a 2 hour trip to Sac was always lame to me. By the time i get there I already am out of the mood, and didn't feel like racing. Infineon well... infineon is just kind of lame all together. There are cops waiting outside the gates a lot of times, which made me stop going to there events even. IF they open the alameda track (so many people say it's bs) i'll probably be there every weekend if not more often.

Oh, and they weren't trophys. I hate tickets. One of my friends put something like this up on his myspace i talked shit to him about it and ended up taking pictures and posting them. I sent him a message asking him if i was cool afterwords.

But i still don't know how I am back peddling. I gave up on a subject that obviously wouldn't have ever been cleared up. It obviously did go over my head, but whatever, do you actually want me 2 start talking shit? Seriously I can't figure out what you're trying to do?
 
I found this really nice round polished skipping stone I was going to throw but it had some kind of glue that fastened it to my hand. I just couldn't throw it.

After a few days I kind of got used to having it in my hand, it even came in handy when I needed to hammer something or open a walnut. I almost hit someone with the stone playing volleyball in the park and apologized profusely and really meant it but didn't understand why they insisted
that I sit out the rest of the game.

I had got so used to having the stone, and the benefits that it held, that I couldn't understand why they wouldn't let me play. The other players and the ball itself often caused injuries--why, sometimes someone twisted an ankle all on their own, without anyone's help. I took my stone and left.


Time passed and I had forgotten why I had picked the rock up. One winter, walking near a frozen pond, I remembered and tried to throw the stone from my hand and it flew across the pond and skidded into a log, creating a loud "BOOM!' This boom created an avalanche above the valley on the ridge which swept down through the trees and buried me under a mound of snow.

No one came to look for me and so I lay face down in the cold and thought: "I'll never do that again!"

Come check out the NHRA events , if you get to an IHRA event look in the pits for the 8ball flag there will be 2 or three altereds and a superstock Fairlane , say hello , we're a contentious but friendly bunch.

And in all seriousness , get it off the street , it will lead to trouble , I never really got into trouble on the street but I know a hell of a lot of folks who did and it's not worth it. Not even when you're running for money.
