NFL 2021

everybody and their mother knew Mahomie would score if he got that ball back. It was a gutsy call by Harbaugh, but a necessary one. I liked how he "asked" Lamar if he wanted to go for it. As if he'd say no, lol.

Is it me or is Jared Goff looking a little less comfortable out there? Curse of the Detroit Lions? We get to watch this on Thanksgiving Day?

2nd half of last week he looked good, 1st half of last night he looked good, eventually he'll put a couple of good halves together in one game.... :laughing

A rebuilding team, a new coordinator, a new system... coulda been worse.

The Lions are one of the handful of team being consistently Power Ranked worse than my guys, so I'm grateful. :laughing

That Inside the NFL show is only on Paramount+ now. Too bad. actually enjoyed that show, corny as it was.

Re Lions: They are one of those teams that are only good enough to play about half of a good game. The way they folded last night was just sad.

AFC West:

Raiders and Broncos: 3-0
Chargers: 2-1
Chiefs: 1-2

… just like everyone predicted. :teeth

I disagree they left too much time on the clock for Rogers.

Niners we’re down 6 with :55 seconds or so and needed to score.

The defense with :47 seconds left killed them. No blitz. No pressure. Forgot to cover one of the best receivers in the game and gave up 55 yards. One blitz likely wins the game and gets Rogers off his mark. Oh well. Niners can go 15-1 still.

I expected a bounce back today against an Easy D and Started Daniel Jones instead of Matt Stafford.

I may soon be ready to declare this the worst Giants team since the 70's.

Watched that game and got fed up with Crappolo's propensity for throwing balls into double and triple coverage. And then there was the last 47 seconds where they snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. I was just shaking my head. First Niners game I get to watch and they just couldn't do it.....

C'mon now, it was only :37 needed by the Packers. And there's maybe one QB in the league who could've made that first pass to Davante Adams, and that was Rodgers. The ball literally cleared Fred Warner's hands by a football width. The 49ers played that prevent zone and covered the sidelines so there were holes to be had in the middle of the field. Rodgers knew what he had an exploited it. The 49ers would've won that game against any other team.
