How are you dealing with the humidity issue? I have a cold fridge I can use that's about 45-50 but I don't want to rot out the corks.
Plasti-dip. Or wax. Yes, wax is better. I can't understand how you all love those Belgians so much. Tastes like soap water. The stouts though, oh hell yes.![]()

Still fermenting in primary, but the taste of the wort says it's going to be a really good beer. How did it turn out?
Damn, 20 gallons is a lot. Must be one big ass party. I really like Munich beer.

I love the coffee stout from laguntas, where did you find it?
I'll be hitting up Harry's Hofbrau today for a big Ballast Point event
And again on Thursday for Firestone even
And again on Friday for the sour event.
Tomorrow will be Strike day at 7 Stars
Sunday at Wine Affairs and Henry's Hi-Life will be somewhat like a keg share, finishing up what's left from the week. They're like a mile apart so you can walk to the other one or get a ride!
Yeah last night was pretty packed but it wasn't too bad with the line, Ballast Point would probably have the biggest turn out, but the rest will have less people.
I also got my BP Tiki mug last night! They will be raffling off some tomorrow at Armadillo Willys in Los Altos for their Ballast Point tap takeover tonight
Of course, literally tons of events by region and day

And which coffee stout are you referring to? Because I love stouts, especially coffee stouts. Ballast Point had a Devil's Share whiskey barrel ages Victory at Sea last night, and it was simply amazing. So was their Elijah Craig whiskey barreled VaS. Pass on the Heaven Hills whiskey barreled aged Piper Down scotch ale, didn't care for it.
