Plus Size Models

I disagree that women get a pass card for making comments on body weight. When I was much younger, I briefly worked with this cute chick who seemed to think it was her god given right to say whatever she wanted. After about the sixth time she called me skinny, I told her that maybe she was just insecure about being a fat ass. Of course it instantly crushed her fragile self esteem (she wasn't even close to being fat.)

Some people think I was wrong to do it, but I'd do it again today. Never comment negatively on someone else's body unless you want them to comment on yours.

Is this BARG?

This thread is fucking BARG isn't it!!

Seems pretty BARG to me.

Bay Area Riders

G?

Bay Area Riders Group, FB copycat of this site. Lots of idiots posting stupid things. 10% good/interesting, 90% "Bro, have you ever ran from the cops, tell us your stories!" < and the like.

The thinking behind helmet laws was reducing medical expenses for crash victims (reducing dain bramage), and multitudes of non-riders supported it with gusto.
Shouldn't that have been followed by reduced insurance rates?

After all, wouldn't that mean that costs go down?

I have never been overweight, but I spent years recovering my health after some digestion-related issues. It took a shitload of work to get better. I think people who have taken these sorts of journeys and put in the hard work, naturally feel a bit disgusted by people that try to invent cheap excuses or workarounds for why they shouldn't also have to put in the hard work to solve their own health problems.

The people I feel bad for, are the people that work out and eat right, but can't shake the pounds because their metabolism is such that it fights weight loss. Most overweight Americans are just run of the mill piggies who eat too much and exercise too little. I don't think they deserve to be abused, but they almost don't have the right to claim that their body is "normal". And if a fat person starts to talk about body types, they are effectively opening the door to criticism of theirs.
My Brother suffers from a low metabolism. Took 15 years for the Medical Profession to figure that out.
His weight has ballooned up & down a dozen times over the decades.
Then heart attack & bypass surgery. Now he is a rebel vegetarian and maintaining a weight with lots of exercise now that he is retired.

Why is it OK to shame skinny girls by calling them anorexic or telling them to eat a sandwich, while it's not OK to comment about fat ones?

Also, why do women deserve protection from such comments, while men get ridiculed all the time about their bodies, even in "professional" environments like work? Apparently men are expected to grin and bear it, I guess.
NWO

Men are not suppose to act like women :p
That's not fair! :x

In theory yes, but no business lowers prices unless forced to by competition or government

NWO? New World Order?

How tall is Hulk Hogan?
He was billed at 6'7"-6'9" while wrestling, but the picture below with Sylvester Stallone who has probably never been truly 5'10" pretty much belies that....which begs the question as to how much they are inflating pro wrestlers sizes....

Link to Sylvester Stallone with Hulk Hogan

I met him briefly a few years ago to film an interview with him for a gaming site. The interviewer is about 5'7, 5'8" and you can see that Mr. Bollea only has a few inches on him.

Follow the link if you want to see a cringeworthy awkward interview, on both parts. https://www.gamespot.com/videos/e3-2011-hulk-hogans-main-event-interview/2300-6318193/
