Porsche Panamera S ?

CTS-V... You can turn it all off. Jus have your insurance company's number pre-dialed

This.
I prefer to drive with traction control off and stability control relaxed but there if I get to out of shape.
It's nice to know I can turn everything off wheneveryou want from the steering wheel.
God I love that wagon.

Since we're off topic, I'd love to have a 996 gt3, probably one of the better values for a newer specialty Porsche

I've had a hard on for the 996 TT for a while but with an infant I need 4 doors and a big trunk. I'm not a suv person and the looks of the Pani just don't do it for me.

Except today's McLarens are rather dull-looking, IMO

I'd take an Evora for one-third the price

I worked for a guy in Salinas that restored/built 1968 McClaren M6B Can-Am cars, from original Bruce McClaren blueprints. Everything from the uprights for the rear suspension to the shock mounts/bolts, we made them. Monocoque tubs, even went so far as to put Smiths Guages in the new ones he built. Awesome cars, absolutely beautiful. Very, very true to the original prints. We even had to take one back apart, because the original one, had purple anodized rivets, which were imported from England, and the tub we built, used American made, clear anodized rivets, and they guy signing the check, noticed and didn't like it.

Great looking rides, to be sure

Also another rare gem to snag up is the Chevy SS sedan with the manual. Get it while you can. It is basically the new G8 gxp, and a n/a v2 CTS-V in one.

1. I hate you.
2. Don't be a puss, turn that shit off. FULL POWER ALL THE TIME!:laughing

Makes me laugh at all these aids nowadays. How in the hell did people survive in the age of big block, drum brake, old school trans am racing and drag racing :laughing

Back then American racing was all about straight lines and was over in seconds. They didn't build those old muscle cars to go around corners.

And TiredOldDonkey too?
Actually, he's my brother-in-law. Same router, same IP.

But thanks for publicly outing your over-attention, Tim! Sorry your phone call didn't go as you had wished. :(

Hopefully you can get back to actually moderating at some point, instead of grinding axes. :twofinger

So I've heard mixed reviews on the magnetic thingy.

Tell me what you think.

I chose no.

Magnetic ride control / suspension? I love it on our daily driver. Imagine the car feeling the same regardless of the road surface. Roads are smoother.

Not harsh?

This was a truck review just fyi. Maybe that

Not in my experience but my dd has a sporty edge to it anyway. Flipping the switch to 'sport' is definitely noticeable, but I wouldn't call it harsh. It also helps when turning but slowing/limiting body roll by stiffening the outside dampers.
