The only thing with banish I found was a staff. You can't disenchant staffs. I'll make my rounds to all the shops to look for anything of banishing. I found some strange enchantment called enchantment of the moon. where it does flame damage when ever the moons are out

There is a forge (of the moon) just northwest of whiterun where you can forge things with that effect.

For enchanting, i use all the iron daggers i made to level up smithing for enchanting.

I had a Skyrim moment at work when the artist and engineer said they were re-doing their "water" in a game I'm working on. I said make it like Skyrim's water, it looks awesome!

(Can I charge Skyrim play time to slot machine development time now?)

I did't have that issue when I was playing though the brother hood. I wonder if its due to the new patch.

Heh, and so it did...

So, I'm a little level 12 now, running around doing mostly Thieves/Mage guild quests. I'm kinda pissed they took out some of my favorite spells. No more levitation, featherweight, open lock. Fack. Got my ass handed to me by some random dragon in the hills NE of Whiterun. I'm using a high elf with light armor and mainly destruction/conjuration...though I'm debating on switching to heavy armor for more protection because Lydia's damn near worthless against anything strong. Any tips for armor that boosts magic?

Game just improved immensely. I'm only up to level 14, but now have bound bow, bound sword, summon frost atronach, summon fire atronach at my disposal. Killed 2 dragons now and am pretty much beasting on anyone who crosses me. One dragon was by accident....fucker attacked me IN the Mage College and nobody helped .

just about to hit lvl 70. i may have to retire this character, running out of things to do. learned every shout, maxed out all combat skills, maxed all thief skills (except pickpocket), and working on a bunch of mage stuff. i kill stuff so slowly with magic as i have no perk points in it, its hard to lvl. i one shot kill every regular NPC, and dragons are dead in 6 swings of my sword.

I saw the video of the dude shouting the kids in town. Tried it on some wench who gave me some lip in Riften. That did not end well.

Love the one about cliffs. The damage ramp from falls in this game drives me nuts, fall 15 feet you're unscathed, fall 15.5 feet and you take half your health (or something like that)
