Yikes. There are some steep drop offs along Mosquito Ridge Road. Any idea which part that is?

Sheriff's office posted photos and said the road was closed from mile 7. Not sure if the pic is exactly at mile 7 or not though.

Crazy shit out there in '23.

GO ROAD CREWS!! :Port

Shoreline closed for 1 month at Tomales Bay.

Looks like it's just One-way Traffic Operation for a month:

Yeah, I was reading a new article about a pothole that took out 25 cars (blown tires) before caltrans closed the road to fix it on Monday, ouch.

Google maps has Mt Ham closed but I was up there today and it was one way lane closure before Quimby.

Cold tho

I went there this morning. It’s a stop sign on both sides. Very short stretch. Perhaps only 50 yards.

From Mill Valley to Guerneville, 1 was incredibly clean considering all the rain.

Have you folks heard about any closures near Placerville; specifically Georgetown Road, Wentworth Springs Road, or Ice House Road? My girl gang has a ride planned there in February.

Niles Canyon opened back up yesterday!

Palomares Rd. is still closed tho.

I'd expect all those roads to be thoroughly buried in snow for a while.

Anyone know if Mines and Del Puerto have been repaired and reopened?

Edit: I checked Caltrans Quickmap and it shows no repairs going on there, but I don't have much faith in their maps as the last time the roads closed down, it didn't show either when I checked and only learned about it here when folks posted pics of the damage.

There doesn't seem to be one website with all closures. As you said, Caltrains doesn't show Mines, I think this is because Caltrains only shows issues with highways and freeways.

In this case, Google does show the Mines closure: https://bit.ly/3YCBmXQ

When planning a ride, I will also check Facebook pages, county websites, etc. I see that the Junction Bar & Grill is temporarily closed due to road closures:

Thanks! Appreciate all the other resources. I realized I wasn't seeing it on Google maps because I didn't select the traffic layer...Duh...user error.

So, the latest info shows Mines closed until late April. Del Puerto closed until Feb 10.

Does anyone know when Redwood Road in Castro Valley will open? Sites I’ve checked don’t say.

I don't have a useful answer for you, but the pessimist in me says, sometime next year...
