that's the idea :laughing

you want expensive hobbies? do it legally. street racing is a crime.

:rofl:rofl So, all of the bikers on here do everything legally? So far what i've read atleast 2-3 peoples signatures that involve street racing, including "highway terror 200mph" <--- something to that effect.

But either way, i think it's very funny how big of hypocrites there are on this forum. How many of you TRUTHFULLY don't hop on the freeway and haul ass? You're all taking this out on ONE person. I'm almost positive that if he never drove anything again in his entire life some of you would hate him. You people need to get over yourselfs.

Several of you have also said you hope he hits a SUV/Bigger vehicle. Please remind me too go out of my way too hit the next rider that goes hauling ass around my car recklessly. (I would never anything of this matter. But those of who made comments like this mind as well of said that.)

Look, he came back here registered and apoligized. OF COURSE he wants this off his back. Who wouldn't?! Seriously he obviously feels bad, if you even have a doubt about that you have too think why he'd waste his time registering to this forum KNOWING he'd take a lot more shit.

Seriously I think that you people just made someone that was wrong look great due to your own ignorance. In life people screw up, people get killed, people kill. It's a part of life that will never change. Everyone makes mistakes, and a whole lot of people won't ever even own up too them. Atleast DivZ<--- whatever his sn is? came here and said sorry. Even had the balls to talk to one rider in person about what happened.

Woohoo! More reinforcements to the rescue, this thread's entertainment value has just been rejuvenated.

At least this one has proper English 101 skills that do not make me want to say, "Fuck it, I'm done reading," and deem him an idiot.

Sorry, I'm not here to entertain you, or anybody else. I'm definitely not here for "re-enforcements" either. I'd rather state my opinions in which I feel too be true, but since you feel like downing people for grammar i thought that I would point out the proper way to spell enforcements :laughing:rolleyes

Dude, I just got home... The subject has settled, stop trying to start the blame (deflection) game (again) will ya?!

And no, please don't reply to this post -seriously- please.

Brandon, let it go dude...

If you're so good at English these shouldn't be any problem too you at all, and you shouldn't need to re-read any of them. If these aren't a problem then you should be able to easily figure out what someone who doesn't use commas is typing.

After following this thread from the beginning, all I can say is I'm glad Kurt is ok, and if his experience and the repercussions can make the roads a tiny bit safer because of it, we should all be so fortunate.

All those make perfect sense and are grammatically correct, however, some can have multiple meanings and still be grammatically correct and make sense.

Now, are we done playing childish games, newbie?

Well my first post was replied to by someone that thought it was there for nothing more than amusement, and thought i was backing someone up. I was stating my opinion. I went with the character of his post and replied, and did it again afterwords.

His post was very clearly downing someone for lack of punctuation, and abbreviating things that should be abbreviated, unless your someone that feels it's required to type out laughing out loud. If someone has a good opinion on a subject or a good idea on a topic that is trying to be cleared up are you going to say 'learn to speak English' Or are you going to take it as at least he's trying too add good feedback to the conversation? I guarantee you he didn't have much trouble reading his posts he just wanted to be childish. Some of the smartest people in the world have the least common sense.

If you still can't see the point i was trying too make then i really give up.

I read through this entire thread before i made one post. That's a lot of reading, a lot of the same exact shit over and over, i felt as i added something that was different too the conversation. Now please, don't reply with any more childish comments and i won't reply back in a childish way.

QFT - you started out trying to present you opinions about the thread topic which was fine but it took you all of a 2 second Google search to get into an e-peen, cock-a-doodle-doo contest which makes it seem like you're just here to flame/fight. attacking other peoples spelling, punctuation and grammar (or lack there-of) is just a sign that your opinions 'ran out of gas' after your first post and don't really have any depth to them. that makes it hard to take you seriously.

oh yeah, let me preempt you: yes, it takes 2 to tango and someone from BARF was (hopefully it's 'was') dancing with you. of course you will now proclaim you don't care what anyone here thinks or if we take you seriously. to that i say i think you are a liar - you took the time to create an account and post up here. but if it's true that you don't care then you're just a troll, so go back to your bridge. :shhh

Law enforcement officers swept through San Joaquin County early Sunday morning, serving seizure warrants against vehicles suspected of involvement in street racing and sideshows.

They met, along with trucks from several local towing companies, at Centro Mart at West Charter Way and Turnpike Road around 7 a.m. But officers had already been out for hours, trying to locate as many as 34 listed cars in Stockton, Lodi and Tracy. They got 19.

The vehicle seizures were a joint operation between the Stockton Police Department and the Stockton-area office of the California Highway Patrol, paid for by a grant from the state Office of Traffic Safety. The cars were towed, and will be impounded for up to 30 days, leaving their owners to pay an estimated $900 to $1,000 to retrieve them, police said.

Some owners were upset their vehicles could be taken despite what they called a lack of evidence.

"They don't have any videos of me," objected Edzequiel Buligon of Stockton whose heavily customized Dodge Neon was towed.

Buligon said his car is modified only because he likes the way it looks, and that when he races, he does so legally, at the Sacramento Raceway Park.

In October, Gov. Schwarzenegger signed a bill allowing law enforcement agencies to seize vehicles belonging to those suspected of involvement in street racing and sideshow activity and to hold them for up to 30 days at the owner's expense. The law, authored by State Senate Leader Don Perata, D-East Bay, further stipulates that owners can retrieve their vehicles free of charge before the 30 days are up if they can prove they were not involved or aware the vehicle was being used in illegal activity.

Stockton police Officer Pete Smith, a department spokesman, said that in every case a law enforcement officer had witnessed the seized vehicle racing or participating in a sideshow - activities that Stockton police are now calling "aggressive driving."

"These are court-ordered impounds," he said.

That didn't sit well with Evelyn Chavez, whose 2000 Chevrolet Corvette was among the first vehicles seized. Chavez said the warrant against her vehicle read that it had been seen racing on Austin Road southeast of Stockton around one year ago.

Chavez, 22, said she only uses her Corvette to get to work.

"If I was racing why didn't I get pulled over?" Chavez asked a reporter.

"Quite frankly, she made a good point there," Smith said when he heard of Chavez's question.

Smith said the answer is that there are a lot of cars at sideshows and street racing events, and officers see more than they can safely catch.

"They deal with what they can," Smith said. "Just because you fled the scene doesn't mean you got away with it."

Contact reporter Christian Burkin at (209) 546-8279 or cburkin@recordnet.com.

Don't know if that law is still on the books or not, but video evidence should go a long way toward getting that car off the road for a while.

ETA: Not that I agree with some of the ways they applied the law, but in this case it might do some good. I just hope there are other Divine videos on record.

For one thing, i truly don't care about anyone's opinions, if they're not willing too attempt to argue a point. I wrote about him being ignorant because that is how he came off in previous posts, and the post replying too me. If he would've stated something that was challenging something i said i either would've agreed with him or written up a response too his. He didn't write anything but yet 'tried to take me down a notch' without no argument.

Once again, the 1-22 grammar that i posted took me a total of 30 seconds... probably less too find. All that i was trying too do is prove a point, I figured that he could read it just fine, it's not hard too really. I copied it because reading it takes a touch of common sense, and that's all it took too read the guys posts that he was referring too.

Did i get my point across? Because seriously this is the second time that i posted this. I didn't feel the need too go into this much detail about why i posted it but apparently it's needed.

But after all of this, no one has even replied intelligently to one thing I've said in my OP

Sorry, i just came back to check if anyone else replied, and re-read my last post.

To stigeon: Sorry, i think i should clarify part of my post better, I don't care about anyone's opinions that isn't going to give me a reason for them feeling that way. You did, so thank you i appreciate it... i see where you're coming from but take a few seconds out of your life too think about why i wrote what i did. Which I have already explained now :p.

Anyways idk why I'm still up but it's time too sleep I'll try to remember to check back tomorrow.

Probably happens lots of times. But I wonder how often they do it going the wrong way in a car running about 5-7x the weight of most of the other vehicles on the road?
Several of you have also said you hope he hits a SUV/bigger vehicle. Please remind me to go out of my way to hit the next rider that goes hauling ass around my car recklessly. (I would never attempt anything of this matter. But those of you who made comments like this might as well have said that.)
Personally, I don't wish any physical harm on ANYone - but I can understand the position others might take in that someone who puts others' lives at risk with such a cavalier attitude deserves no less than what he's offering everyone else. I can especially empathize with those who HAVE been injured or lost loved ones because of drivers like DivineZ and his friends.

Please tell me how any other posters in this thread have in any way made DZ "look great." He and his friends (and defenders) have only succeeded in making themselves look like the careless, selfish and unrepentant brats they were originally assumed to be.

Whose name is on the title? Did his parents cosign the loan, or did he come up with 17k cash on his own?

His name may be on the car. If he isn't paying rent, and doesn't have any real expenses he could probably afford a payment on a car like that, even with just a decent part time job. When I was 18, I dumped enough cash into my personal hobbies to make the payment on a viper.

Again, no one on this forum cares that your friend was driving fast. Many motorcyclists take liberties with the law, but from what I've seen of BARF, as a group we take safety very, *very* seriously. I'd feel far more comfortable riding pylon with these guys than I would in the passengers seat with your friend.

We've lost a lot of great riders to violation of the double yellow line. Most of the time, it's the motorcyclist who was at fault. If you can't imagine why we take it very seriously when someone intentionally crosses into our lane, perhaps you should stop posting for a while... Take a moment to click on the 'Search' button, and look for thread titles containing the word "RIP."

Stang dude, the reason people are pissed off at Divine is not that he is a fat tranny, or that he was speeding. It is the complete lack of consideration for others. Crossing the double to pass someone on a blind corner.

Thank you for pointing out the proper use of the words "too" and "to" Billy! I'm not a grammar nazi AT ALL but if he's going to call someone else on it, at least learn to use the word "to" properly. It obviously wasn't a one time slip as every single post of his had that in it.

InsaneStang, to address your point, yes, many of us will go fast on the highway and even backroads. There's a HUGE difference between going 15 MPH over the limit on the freeway and going 15 MPH over the limit around a blind corner in the wrong lane. I don't see why that's difficult to understand? What you're trying to do is the same as saying someone who jay-walks on a regular basis has no room to bitch about a rapist because they are both law breakers. That's just silly.
