Sorry, I'm not here to entertain you, or anybody else. I'm definitely not here for "re-enforcements" either. I'd rather state my opinions in which I feel too be true, but since you feel like downing people for grammar i thought that I would point out the proper way to spell enforcements :laughing:rolleyes

Given the amount of comedy gold present here, I proclaim this sandivag to be the next mutation of our last sock puppet. He even uses lowercase "i", just like our other two entertainers.

If you're so good at English these shouldn't be any problem too you at all, and you shouldn't need to re-read any of them. If these aren't a problem then you should be able to easily figure out what someone who doesn't use commas is typing.

Yo Dawg I heard you like....

too easy

Look, he came back here registered and apoligized. OF COURSE he wants this off his back. Who wouldn't?! Seriously he obviously feels bad...

.

He only wants this off his back because of the heat.

His "apology" was hollow and insincere. If he was truly sorry, he wouldn't have made lame excuses for his actions.

Frankly, he only made it worse for himself by posting up a bullshit-laced "apology" then bitching out and leaving. He needs to man up and be honest about how it happened, and make an honest commitment to take that shit to a track in the future.

:rofl:rofl So, all of the bikers on here do everything legally? So far what i've read atleast 2-3 peoples signatures that involve street racing, including "highway terror 200mph" <--- something to that effect..

If you really search you will see that any assclown that posts I did 150 down 17 or I hit 220 on my mille or anything to the matter of look guys I was going dangerously fast, we flame the fuck out of! For instance... look up milleracer69 :rofl he has made claims to going 220mph and we all think he is a retard. Someone posted a video of them going incredibly fast at night down 17 we all said he was stupid as well. We EAT OUR OWN. It is that simple. Street riding motorcycles takes out its own trash eventually, driving cars does to but it normally involves the reckless driver going to prison because he killed someone. Not my kind of Justice but...

But either way, i think it's very funny how big of hypocrites there are on this forum. How many of you TRUTHFULLY don't hop on the freeway and haul ass? You're all taking this out on ONE person. I'm almost positive that if he never drove anything again in his entire life some of you would hate him. You people need to get over yourselfs.
I do not go fast on the highway in fact most motorcyclist do not. Where is the fun in going fast in a straight line? BORING! We are not taking it out on 1 person as you so claim. When you go fishing do you ever catch all the fish? NOPE, he caught caught now he has to pay the price. Maybe if his car wasn't all "tricked" out and he didn't have the fancy license plate... then he might have got away with it. I guess that having showy stuff comes at a price. Kurt flamed him on BARF, I am sure his initial attempt was for it to not go this far... Who would have guessed that the AMAZING BARF SLEUTHS would gather this much info on DivZ? Who would have guessed that his own community (350z forum) would blackball him as well? Who would have guessed that he can no longer drive his fancy car without getting "saluted" :twofinger? I want him to continue to drive, to share the same passions about driving as I do... but I want him to do it safely!!!
Several of you have also said you hope he hits a SUV/Bigger vehicle. Please remind me too go out of my way too hit the next rider that goes hauling ass around my car recklessly. (I would never anything of this matter. But those of who made comments like this mind as well of said that.)
hmmm so him committing suicide wether it be accidental or not by crossing the DY and going head-on into a much larger vehicle and you intentionally taking someone out possibly killing them... I see how you can easily make the cross correlation. Just know that if you ever unintentionally take a rider out your statements above could be used against you, thus providing intent thus putting you in severe legal circumstances.
Look, he came back here registered and apoligized. OF COURSE he wants this off his back. Who wouldn't?! Seriously he obviously feels bad, if you even have a doubt about that you have too think why he'd waste his time registering to this forum KNOWING he'd take a lot more shit.
Thats the same type of apology I give my girlfriend when I come staggering back home on a tuesday night drunk after hanging out with the boys all day. Baby, I promise it wont ever happen again :rolleyes she knows it's a lie I know it's a lie we just accept what it is :teeth... because it's one of those no harm no foul type things!
Seriously I think that you people just made someone that was wrong look great due to your own ignorance. In life people screw up, people get killed, people kill. It's a part of life that will never change. Everyone makes mistakes, and a whole lot of people won't ever even own up too them. Atleast DivZ<--- whatever his sn is? came here and said sorry. Even had the balls to talk to one rider in person about what happened.

Our goal is not to make him look like anything but to realize his mistake, acknowledge it, and prevent it from happening again...

Hummm so since people kill and get killed I think you should do the world a favor and.... yeah I wont finish this thought.

Who did DivZ talk to in person?

What we're trying to say is, there is a time and a place and a skill associated with going fast. Everyone can get on 101 and push the gas pedal down, that takes 0 skill. But to get on a "technical" road and drive it fast and push yourself and your vehicle all the while staying in your lane that takes skill. I do not condone street racing, but you can do it in a manner to minimize risks.

It is guys like you that say, "You motorcycles do it why can't we?" Have you ever ridden a motorcycle? Really? If for once you rode and never questioned your vulnerability than you probably should never get back on the bike. If two cars collide head-on at 35 mph who likely dies? Probably NOBODY... If a motorcycle and a car collide head-on at 35 mph who likely dies.... I'll give you a hint they more than likely weren't heavily protected with a 3-point safety harness, multiple airbags, impact reducing bumpers, and a roll cage of some sort! So when a motorcyclist crosses the DY to pass in a blind turn on one of my rides: I say something at the next stop point, I likely leave the ride, I never ride with said perpetrator again... because not only is he risking his life, he is risking another motorcyclist (what if one is coming the other direction?) and he is risking my fun... seeing a motorcyclist down definitely ruins my day.

But after all of this, no one has even replied intelligently to one thing I've said in my OP

DOES THIS ^^^ WORK FOR YOU??

Maybe you should come up to 1rider at Alice's (35 and 84) on saturday around noonish(I think thats when they will be there).

Yakoo11's got the head on right in the Motorcycle world Post, reinstates my faith in BARF. It's just embarrassing when a string of nitwits jump on a post that started out great, and turn it into a soap box exchange of "good God how do you guys get down the road on a bike without killing yourselves" (and of course some do mangle or kill themselves).

I just wanted to be a part of this thread... I would have posted earlier, but whenever I finished reading and refreshed, there was more!
Seriously, why didn't anyone call out divz's last post where he claims to be 'not divz, but a former race driver'? Same verbal diarrhea writing style, same spelling 'reckless' as 'wreckless,' being super-defensive as if everyone was mad at him...

i felt as i added something that was different too the conversation.
You did, being inane and offensive off-topic.

Some of the smartest people in the world have the least common sense.
And some people have neither intelligence OR common sense.

Kurt, I've never met you, but good luck and stay strong.

well he won't be wreckless for long

Isn't that the damned truth.

Kurt is an awesome dude, lots of fun to ride with! :thumbup

His name may be on the car. If he isn't paying rent, and doesn't have any real expenses he could probably afford a payment on a car like that, even with just a decent part time job. When I was 18, I dumped enough cash into my personal hobbies to make the payment on a viper.

Possible, but unlikely. Affording the payment isn't the same as being approved for the loan without a cosigner. As lax as the credit markets can be, 19-year olds with part-time jobs aren't considered the safest credit risks. If mommy and daddy get the loan and you pinky promise to pay them back each month, there is zero shield between what happens in that car right to the parent's assets. And even if 100% of his car expenses are said to be covered by their child, it's still irrelevant if their support on everything else (tuition, rent, living expenses) is what frees up that part-time income to pay for the car.

Great post... totally on point. I would also like to add that 1Rider will also be up Mines Road at the Junction (30 miles up) on Sunday, as well. Hope to see y'all there- whether you're on two wheels or 4! :)

going against the grain here..

i certainly haven't read the 47 pages of bashing going on here and i'm not going to.

this DivineZ guy..he made a bad move, yes. was anyone hurt? no. was what he did wrong and stupid? yes.

he came on the board to offer an apology and yet barf has bashed him for 47 pages now. way to give barf a bad name. :thumbdown

lets just hope he thinks twice about doing anything like this in the future. what else can you do? what are you hoping this 47 pages of bashing will accomplish?

Interesting analogy, but one that is befitting.

Linds, just to give you the short of the skinny; Divz came on here and gave a half-hearted apology and began turning some heads. When things seemed somewhat promising, and I use that term loosely, he went on to make excuses for his actions. For example, but not limited to: I can't afford trackdays, no one was hurt, I know what I'm doing, etc etc. If not a direct quote, that is my interpretation of his words. Right about then; cue flamage.

Hope that clarifies things and saves you the hours of trudging through this mess of a BARF classic thread.:thumbup

Great points, and I'm disappointed that so many posters took it an an opportunity to make things worse and more divided as opposed to better.

The only ones that "win" are those that don't want *anyone* using *their* roads.

Synopsis of Thread:

1. Incident occurs because of extremely selfish, negligent behavior of a driver by the name of Masaki. Op who is an experienced rider is only alive because of his experience and superior riding technique.

2. Research is done to find both Driver name, information and actual video evidence of negligent driving behavior.

3. Discussion around what to do to said negligent driver.

4. Insults and name calling ensue.

5. Posts on driver's driving (350z) forum parallel this thread.

6. Post made on BARF LEO forum asking for advice from LEOs.

7. Driver (Masaki aka DivineZ) writes 10 posts of apology and it is not accepted (minus one for GGirl).
i agree and i will show you that this will not happen again and my driving habits on that road and anywhere else will change

8. Insults and name calling ensue.

9. Another poster as DIVZ comes in to defend him. His defense is somewhat judgemental and propogates more negativity.

10. Insults and name calling ensue.

11. Other folks from Masaki's crew try to alleviate pressure, but end up stirring things up again.

12. Insults and name calling ensue.

13. OP does not personally hear from DIVZ (unless it is by PM?) and decides to go to authorities with videos.

14. Insults and name calling ensue.

What is the purpose of this thread?

Is it to bring more awareness to "performance" car drivers about safety? I think it does this.

Is it to get Masaki and his crew to rethink their driving styles? I think it does...

Do the insults and name calling assist with these points? I think not--so let's cease and desist from continuing to bash Masaki and his friend's who have done about all they can do to try and make the point that they have heard us (minus the finger pointing :thumbdown).

Take this for what its worth to you:
Do not drive like you own the road--others are just around the bend.

We are all a community of people who sometimes make mistakes, the best you can do is teach and learn from the situation.

Let someone have the room to apologize and learn--especially someone who is young and inexperienced--and be happy that this has been turned into a positive experience. :thumbup

IMHO I think that Flying Hun (Kurt) and DIVX (Masaki) should take this to the PMs and personally meet. I would be happy to come along to see that this is a peaceful meeting, or perhaps an mediator can be agreed upon.

Good deal Brandon! Thanks!
I'm not here trying to stir the pot in any way. I certainly don't condone what he did and and him making excuses for his actions is pretty pathetic.

I just become frustrated when barf goes into full attack mode when the outcome is completely out of anyone's control. Having barf flame this guy one post after another is fruitless. It just takes a few flamers for the thread to snowball out of control. Why should he have any respect for motorcyclists when he got ripped a new one for 40+ pages? :deadhorse sometimes things just go too far, that's all. :2cents

i'm done now. flame on, if you must.

damn asians™....
